Excellent personal service, before and after the sale
These rafts have clearly been produced with careful thought, and there were personal responses to questions both before and after my purchase, which I found very helpful, not being familiar with rafting, nor being particularly athletic. Great service from the start to the super quick delivery . The raft is better quality than I’d imagined and is great in the water . I was sceptical about the air bag to inflate but needn’t have been . Would highly recommend Iron Raft 👍🏻

Took well over a week to come
Took well over a week to come. £3.99 I think for postage and no coms regarding it being processed or shipped etc for a bottle of aquasure. Ended up having to buy another off Amazon due to the delay

Iron-raft kept me informed of when my order would be dispatched and it arrived by courier, well packaged and in good time. My initial order confirmation e.mail from them went into my junk mail - nobody's fault but I mention it in case it happens to others just so's you can check there. Thank you Iron-raft for opening up the possibility of a boating experience that costs significantly less than a ready made packraft! I look forward to beginning the building project hopefully soon.
