Lucky to be delivered
Items ordered but when delivered the box was left outside my front door with no contact made by delivery driver !! I was in the house, no bell rung or knock on door and as I live on a main road the package could have disappeared if I had not gone out to my car for something. Package was badly put together as when I started opening it, it just fell apart as tape was not on right areas. Items inside were all mixed together and items were not in the plastic bags they should have been in. Lucky with the bad packaging that items were still inside !!

I’m very sorry to hear about the condition in which your order was delivered. I completely understand your frustration, particularly as the parcel was left outside your front door without the driver knocking or ringing the bell. Given that you live on a main road, I appreciate how concerning this must have been and the risk that the parcel could have been taken.
I’m also sorry that the packaging was not up to the standard we expect. The box should have arrived securely packed, with the items appropriately protected and packaged. I’m disappointed to hear that the box fell apart when you opened it and that the items were mixed together and not in their expected packaging.
As discussed when you do come to fit the goods, if there is any components missing or damaged parts please let me know and we can arrange a replacement for you.
I’ve passed your feedback on regarding both the delivery and packaging, as we take these concerns seriously and will use your comments to help us improve the service we provide.
I’m sorry again for the inconvenience and worry caused. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience should you order from us again.
