WARNING: You pay for delivery AND returns. CAUTION: you may be paying for absolutely nothing!

First time purchase from ISIF and have the same problem as many before me.
Ordered something from the sale, with delivery on top £4.99. Started my refund process only to find it will cost me another £4.99 which would be more than the item I ordered, so there’s literally no point in returning.
Maybe warn of the return price before trapping people into either being stuck with an item or having to pay an extra cost.
I’ve learnt my lesson quickly not to use again!

£9.99 for next day delivery and £4.99 to return

I purchased 7 items for over £100 and they charged £9.99 for next day delivery when I live in the same city as them and it’s £4.99 to return? So I’ve wasted £14.98 on items I no longer want due to sizing? Ridiculous! I’m not sure who changed the rules but they use to be a lot better for customers. Now they are just ripping people off!

Never again

Never again! Ordered over 10 items for the amount of 100£ (sales). Even if very big purchase they still charge you a minimum of 4.99£ for delivery.
Received the items, I had to return the majority of the item as some of them smell really badly and also sizes were not very true as everything was bigger and, surprise! For return I have to pay again 4.99£! Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely awful company to deal with

Absolutely awful company to deal with.
Cancelled my entire order the day after after taking payment saying the payment had been cancelled.
Was told refund would be straight away, it’s a week now and nothing, spoke to them and they’ve said 14 days. They’re scammers withholding your money with no intention of fulfilling your order. AVOID.

Only 1star for your customer service since your updated your app it is gone terrible service as I ordered black boots you sent me wrong ones and I had email your customer service which clearly is not trained properly as I had email back and forward for over a week to try to explain to your customer service what boots I ordered clearly with the order number and picture and all I kept getting back from the customer service was sae email if 20 of order number I ordered and wrong boots I did eventually get my message across to not so fully qualified customer service help desk it’s absolutely draining for a customer keep on phone emails all week to explain your jobs I just didn’t bother returning as I was drained on the flip side I’m still a customer and your jackets are gone very large in size as I’m year’s shopping with I saw it first just jan feb I bought coats on Size (L) and there like 16 omg I still love my clothing it’s the customer service needs training with theses issues 😞

Ordered from this company a few times…

Ordered from this company a few times before with no issues. Ordered 3 items in January and only kept 1. Returned 2 but only been refunded for one, upon querying this they have told me they only received 1 of the items which I know is untrue as I checked they were both in there before I returned this and the item they are saying I have kept was horrible itchy material which I tried on and put straight back in the return parcel not to be taken out again. Very disappointed although not surprised now I have seen the reviews. Will not continue to spend my hard earned money here and would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID!

I have not received my parcel. I have spoken to them twice now. They will not refund me and are trying make me sign a legal document to which I cannot access. They have refused to listen to me and cut my conversation off and are not willing to help me. Looking at the reviews it seems they are not very helpful when something goes wrong and unwilling! I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing!

Ordered clothes back in October

Ordered clothes back in October , got a customs fee of €70 and when I emailed them about it , because I have never paid a fee while ordering with them , they told me pay it and they would pay me back the money . It is now February and they have sent me emails saying they’ve passed me onto finance team and their getting it sorted and then never email me back , when I email them to follow up they don’t respond to the emails , it’s been several months and they could not care less about helping their customers , will not order from them again

Looks as if this company has relocated…

Looks as if this company has relocated abroad. I noticed something was amiss when I went to checkout and noticed the odd delivery/postage rates.

The last order I had was poor quality. I wouldn’t shop here again based on the reviews

Don’t even bother !!!

The exact same as all other reviews on here! APPAULING. Expected to pay £7.99 for next day delivery, to receive an attrocious parcel. Then they want £4.99 to return!!!
£13 down the drain!
Will never ever purchase from this company again.
