had a very bad experience with this…

had a very bad experience with this company. Ordered a fiamma f45 awning £500.11in good faith.
Arrived damaged. Although ishop247 sold and distributed it they would not accept responsibility saying 'it had to return to the manufacturer.
Over next two weeks they told me they had arranged collection on three separate occasions. I waited in all day.....no collection. I told them I needed the refund ASAP to purchase an alternative for upcoming holiday. This made no difference.
Eventually they took responsibility and over the next week iwas toldit would be collected. Again waited in.... no collection. (You getting the drift). They then started blaming the courier's DX.(another realm of inefficiency).
After 4 weeks it was eventually collected.
It is appalling how this company treats it's customers.
I do not want to turn this into a drawn out banter, but I just want to say one thing in response to ishop 24/7 response.
' you do have control over your courier's. Your company employs DX couriers and if you're not getting a good service from them then you should change your courrier to a more efficient one'.

Dear Anthony, I am sorry we have not exceeded your expectations on this occasion. I have personally looked into your order and can see that there was a catalogue of errors from start to finish. In some of these cases they were the fault of our supplier but in others they were down to us. We take full responsibility for these failures. I am sorry that our delivery partner DX let us both down, as a general rule we find them to be very good but there is always the exception. We will certainly pass your feedback onto them and will review our practices to ensure this doesn't happen again.

ISHOP247LTD SCAMMERS

Bought a tent for £1188 via amazon, countless problems with it not turning up ( got the wrong address), then a pandemic happened and they would not allow any extensions on refunds. cost me a £120 to send back at which point they said it was too late for a refund. in the end, after some time I gave up and said send tent back and they said it's now been destroyed. so currently they have kept the tent (very unlikely to have destroyed an expensive tent.) and kept my money. I will now take court action on this case.The owner of the company is Andy Wright (Andrew Wright) Ishop247LTD. DONT BELIEVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS OUT THERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY

Unfortunately your review is unfair and wholly untrue.

Firstly, at no point were any delivery issues reported to us. You changed your mind and returned a tent to us after it had been stored in a shed, covered in leaves and subjected to severe rodent damage. We tried to contact you on numerous occasions to arrange for the tent to be returned to you. 4 months later you contacted us demanding a refund after which point the tent was disposed of (we informed you of our intentions and gave 6 weeks notice). We are not a storage facility and cannot hold items indefinitely. We have no reason to keep a tent which contained a mouse or rat nest.

Very unpleasent people to deal with and will blame the customer if somethings wrong

Little over a year ago I treid to purchase one of their products which arived broken. I needed it urgently (birthday gift for someone) so ordered a 2nd, which also arived broken.
Initially I was instructed to dispose of the items and they would be replaced or refunded, so I did. A few days later (enough time for the bins to have been collected) I get another response from them saying they want the originals sent back to them (at my expense)... Obviously I couldn't do this as I'd already thrown them out... iShop247 instantly acuse me of being dishonest and when proven wrong (amazon chat + photos) they go quiet, no appology and no correction in their response online.

My response to theirs: "not your practice to accuse customers of dishonesty", yet you still have the acusation of me lying publically veiwable on google reviews... So you've accepted you were wrong and done nothing to correct it. Well done, great company and customer service.

If I could take that 1 star away I would.
