Ordered a bottle of their new Cask gin online. The order process was very quick and the bottle arrived within a couple of days by special delivery.
On our recent visit to the island we also called into the shop. The service was excellent and we left with several bottles of gin.

To me, there's no better post than a well packaged delivery from Barra; especially if it contains a Barra distillery deoch! I was fortunate enough to secure one of the limited whisky cask aged gins from the Gold Cave range. Always personal with their despatch emails, I'm delighted to recommend not only the products, the delivery service but also the marketing too! Just the right frequency and featuring beautiful content, often highlighting exactly when new products are being launched. They are well worth signing up for.

Barra gin
So where should I start. A wonderful drink crisp and refreshing on a hot day . I've brought several bottles of this gin from the distillery and the customer service is brilliant. I will continue to buy from them.

I visited Barra last year for work and immediately fell in love with this wonderful place and the people. it was suggested i tried the local gin.
well once sampled i was hooked, this is a gin that doesn't require accompaniment if you don't want, well except great company. this is my third order i think and have friends now doing similar. keep doing what you are doing :-)

The website was easy to navigate and order from. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order, there was a problem with delivery due to the amount of orders that had come in from the promotion. I was offered very satisfactory outcome to the delay, I had ordered for myself so this was not an issue. The product is better that expected, for a liqueur it has the aftertaste of gin itself rather than a sweet thick artificial alternative from other products that I have tried. It’s a crisp clean palatable summer sensation.

I have always found Isle of Barra staff very helpful and friendly and ready to give advice on there products. My last order was for there Gold Cave Gin they gave some recipes for cocktails I tried them and they are very refreshing on a Summer evening. My favourite though is still the original Isle of Barra

I have ordered gin from Barra on quite a few occasions, the latest being for the "Gold Cave Cask Aged Gin" which is quality in a bottle. If you like gin, you'll love Barra gin!
