The day i ordered my stuff the next day i got a call saying this is a security check i thought it was a scam . There customer service is so bad you have to explain to every customer srvice assistant your situation it sounds like they are working from home. And my orders were not even delivered they say it is signed but it was not ! and i still have a case going on with them...plz do not buy from here. Worst ever

Ordered a canvas for my living room wall, waited a week for it to arrive & when it came it was totally the wrong one. I'm sure when you receive it, I will get a call with an apology asking if I would like the right one with free postage???

Every winter my grown up daughter (age 30) gets upset, she is very up with the fasion but never can get boots to fit until NOW! At first she was reluctant when I said I would order from ISME thinking that your company only caters for the middle age ladies, imagine my delight when the boots came, not only do they fit brilliantly they are top of fashion, one happy daughter for a change! THANK YOU ISME

I am disgusted with the customer service from Isme. The washing machine that I ordered did not work on arrival so was taken away again. When I phoned Isme I was told that I would have to wait 14 days for a refund to be credited to my account then re-order the washing machine and wait another 7-14 days for delivery again. When I asked if it was possible to speed this up at all as I could not be without for another 3-4 weeks I was laughed at. I asked if there were any other options to help me and the adviser was so rude that I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the manager was in a meeting and would get back to me. He/she never did.
I cancelled the order and had a washing machine delivered in perfect working order, at a cheaper price, the next day, from Currys.

iit is great mop and very easy to use but when i used handhold it getting les steam out for sum reasons.i like shoppping with isme great service.

the customer service is terrible, they have treated me like i am a piece of dirt. they have laughed at me being disabled. also think its funny that i said i was going to slit my writs due to the stress they have caused me. ive had to have an extra appointment with my psychologist due to the treatment, they taken money from me, so i will pay off my bill then close my account

Good to order from quick delivery

From online choosing and ordering through to free collection, it was a great shopping experience and all items were of good quality. No hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a coffee table from isme and it arrived with no instructions. I called up and they told me they could email them to me, which was great. Unfortunately they didn't email them to me and after lots of complaining I went to return the item and they sent me the Instructions straight away. Took over two weeks!

I've bought a watch for my wife's birthday, it was £300 and immediately I had the pre - authorization in my account. But next day I've received a call from the call centre to confirm my details, after few questions the person confirmed the transaction. The same day after 3 hours I've received another call to ask more details about my debit card, after some questions she told me that it is not possible to continue the order because my debit card is not from the bank that I was saying. Very annoying situation, I felt like scammed and for sure I won't use ever again this website. After that conversation I've bought the same product in other website with next day delivery and I got it without a problem. Not even a call. I am thinking that isme.com couldn't honour my order due to lack of stock or problems with its provider. But once again, the person who called me was very rude and unprofessional, I even ask her name and she told me Susan, I asked her last name and she told me that is not necessary, I've insisted and she said have a nice day. (???????) Try to improve your customer service because with people like that it will be very struggling for you to run a business. I hope you learn from this humble complain.

Everything arrived on time as promised. Returning the items was flawless. Very good service and quality items so far...

I ordered a top which arrived the next day so very quick service. I also received text alerts notifying me of each stage of the delivery process which was very helpful and meant I knew when my parcel was available for collection. All in all an excellent service!
