I would like payment to be on the same day each month, it makes it easier to budget. The gap between on line statement and payment date is large enough to miss the date without a reminder. So to overcome this the same date every month would be easier.

I really enjoy using Isme. The orders arrive very quickly and I love the convenience of collecting the order from a shop just down the road so I don't miss any deliveries. I've had no problems returning items that aren't quite right but normally find what I need very easily. :)

All in all not bad service good quality items except for one item I've ordered and still waiting for which was for my partners birthday and unlikely to recieve before hand,should really offer customers an alternative

Only ordered twice and had poor service both times. One said they'd tried and I wasn't in but I was sat in my living room with my leg in plaster so hadn't gone anywhere therefore they hadn't tried to deliver. Gave them another go and was promised delivery from 8am the next day but after waiting in all day it hadnt arrived by 8pm. Phoned and was told it wouldn't come until the next day now. Useless as I had wasted my day off waiting in and would be at work the next day! Various emails were sent complaining with unacceptable responses which did not answer my questions but just blamed the Royal Mail etc! Very unhappy customer who will not be ordering again and will be closing the account when I've paid for the item!

All the products that i had from Isme have been of high quality and at a very good price. The click and collect service have been absolutely brilliant. All round top marks Isme, keep it up!

Deliveries going wrong are rare but recently had one which came direct from a supplier which had obviously gone astray as the particular supplier only take a few days, even your website quotes a few days but when it went past delivery date I still had to wait a fortnight before you would even investigate it because it was from a supplier surely you should know and act on expected delivery times for that supplier. This was too longwinded and whatever happened to the £10 off if can't deliver seems circumstances are never right for that to kick in. Also when you click on wish lists and sign in why can't it go direct to the wish list why do you then have to click on 'view' surely unnecessary step if you didn't wish to view why would you have clicked on wish list, a small thing but annoying.

Isme have always provided me with a very good service. Their items arrive quickly, the goods are well packaged and their website is very user friendly. They sell a good variety of clothes to suit all budgets, shapes and size.

Very poor company, almost 4weeks to return a broken item 4 failed collections 2 booked in for the wrong day eventually i had to take the item to a collect + store. I'd never use this company again.

First time customer , I got the size wrong needed a replacement order , rang customer services worst call centre , couldn't understand English asked for a size 7 , a size 4 was ordered asked for it to go to click and collect got charged when it should have been free , really bad customer service.

Ordered two items and when they arrived there were three items which did not match my order at all!! Someone had obviously not checked the invoice note against what they were packing. When tried to re-order both my items were then out of stock. Not a happy customer!!

I couldn't believe the speed of service between ordering and delivery. Less than 24hours after internet order my dress arrived. It was beautifully packed.The dress itself was just as described and fitted perfectly and received many compliments. I will definitely order from you again.

pretty good prices all round sales are amazing at right time of year would use them again have bought many items phones clothes suits shoes they have pretty much anything you need all in one shop very handy if you hate shopping the usual boring way easy quick returns if you do not like or things do not fit collect plus free delivery is a great service text message when item is delivered to your local collect plus store easy :)

My first order was for 2 items - one was out of stock for a few weeks - not really concerned about that as not urgent. Didn't want to pay to deliver 2 items only totalling about £40 so opted for delivery to nearest collection point. I live in a city but nearest collection point small town 8 miles away (16 mile round trip and in fact they had 2 collection points!). When ordering I selected a date for collection so assumed when going on that day the order would be ready to pick up. First went at 10.20am - hadn't arrived. Went shopping for couple of hours and went back just after 12 - parcel had arrived but I wasn't allowed to collect as I didn't have the confirmation code on the email which said it was ready to collect. What's the point of asking for a collection date and sending an e-mail with the collection code on it which you need to pick item up - would never be able to pick up on the selected date. Can't sit at home at the computer waiting for e-mail to come through - would normally have been at work and not had access to my e-mails. Fair enough to e-mail to say had arrived but not to have a code to pick it up. Also as only 1 item had arrived I would again have had to travel a round trip of 16 miles to pick the second item up. Told the collect+ shop to return the item and cancelled order.

Have used Isme several times, great service, easy ordering and competitive pricing

I made and order in November for 2 pair of ugg boots and a scooter on a buy now pay later with £20 refunded to your account if you spent over £100. After a few days I had not received the items so I phoned and they had been cancelled because I did not qualify for BNPL, which I have never been declined BNPL with isme before, I asked why but was told there was no reason so they put the order through for me but 1 of the pair of ugg boots was no longer in stock. I received the 1 other pair of ugg boots but never received the scooter and after numerous phone calls nobody had any idea what had happened to the scooter and as it was a present for my daughter I cancelled it and had to buy one elsewhere. When I checked my account after Christmas the £20 had not been credited to my account and I have since made so many phone calls it has cost me more than the £20 in phone calls, on every occasion that I call I am told someone will call me back with information as to why I haven't received the £20 but after numerous phone calls no one has ever phoned me back and I still haven't received my £20!! I don't even care about the £20 any more it is the fact that they con you into buying something with no intention of honouring there side of the agreement and the people who you speak to show a complete lack of customer service skills and I have even on 2 occasions been told that they will put me through to someone else who can deal with my complaint only to disconnect me altogether. People should avoid this company altogether as they only want your money and have no interest in keeping happy customers.

Never had any problems with anything from browsing the website, ordering, any customer service queries, or deliverys. Out of all the catalogues isme's prices are the lowest, although a small delivery charge is added it's still less than the prices on other catalogues

I had three items of furniture delivered sunday 29/ 03/2015,the furniture is excellent quality perfect for what we wanted bedroom furniture the deliver chaps phoned us 30 minuets before delivery when they arrived they were very friendly and polite and couldn't have been more helpful they put the items 0f furniture exactly where we wanted them, took of all the packaging and took it with them if we need any more furniture in the future I will be looking most definitely at isme web sight mr a j whyman ng91nb
