Rubbish
Ordered an awning for my caravan WAS going away for two weeks. Needed the awining for a further bedroom. Have to cancel holiday. It should have arrived Thursday, then Friday now Saturday. I except it will be monday, tuesday, wednesday who knows. No wonder the awning was 100 pounds cheaper..

Delivery proof received but it wasn't delivered to me!

Claimed to have delivered a package last Saturday, May 25th.
Quite possibly true, but it wasn't delivered to me!
I have contacted them to ask them to find where they delivered the package, retrieve it and bring it to me. It's now Wednesday May 29th and all I've had is a seemingly automated acknowledgement.
No explanation.
No promise to try to find the parcel
The bottom line - nothing from the company, not even a promise to find out what happened!
Very strange.
ITD, if you're reading this, please sort this out ASAP.

Same day but, at last, a person has emailed me. No support, no help, no offer to deliver, just - well, read a copy of the email below:-

This refusal to help speaks volumes about the company!
More information, the seller has sent a photo to me of the "proof of delivery" obtained from ITD Global. The photo is of a door and crazy paving that I do not recognise. I've asked the company to ask the driver to return, retrieve the goods and deliver to me. Somehow I don't expect to see the driver today!
I wonder if he'll be here tomorrow.
What are the chances of an apology?

Just left a parcel from this company . They rang the bell could have left the parcel in the porch but left the parcel outside on top of a blue bag on show to anyone . I was in , got up to the door bell went to see and he was straight back in the van which was parked across the road diagonally blocking people off . What the heck definitely No Customer Service

Damaged goods on arrival. 2 tins of paint bashed as though they had been kicked. Lids open inside box and spilt everywhere. I wish I could get hold of the driver!

ITD global lack of customer service
The worst company I have ever used on the internet, it took weeks to return and receive a refund which under DSA I reported within the 14 days, they lacked empathy, customer focus and a total disrespect in my opinion for myself as a customer, I sent endless emails requesting a return label which I eventually received DO NOT ORDER from this company

extremely poor service
extremely poor service, I had been waiting for an expensive set of fitness weights , delivery driver cannot carry out a simple task such as reading the home address the parcel to be delivered to a text and email sent and received by me saying the parcel had arrivived at my home address either porch or front door or near by , when i checked it was not there , i emailed ITD global i received a telephone call by a ITD representative to say it had been delivered to another address half a mile away in the local shopping centre
but when i arrivived the parcel was not there ,
NOT RECOMMENDED if my choice i would have used the royal mail

ltd Global Total Stupidity
Amazon parcel delivered to a business in the middle of an industrial estate. Due to the business being closed as it was 6:45 pm on a Saturday night left the parcel on the side of the road. Not unsurprising that the goods went missing prior the business reopening on the Monday morning, sheer and utter stupidity.

ITD Global are completely incompetent
ITD Global were contracted by Printerpix to deliver a photobook to me. It was apparently collected on October 18th. When I chased up several days after that I was told that it would be delivered on October 29th. Nothing arrived. Today (November 2nd) I received an email from ITD Global informing me that the package has been lost and that I should contact them for the next steps. The tracking notes for the package are all over the place, they seem to be completely clueless. The latest update received a couple of minutes ago (on November 2nd) still states that it will be delivered on October 29th despite the details when clicking on the link saying that it’s been all over Yorkshire yesterday and today. And by the way, if they think Leeds is in CHESHIRE it’s no surprise that they can’t make simple deliveries. Avoid this company if you can!

Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service, promised parcel within 3-5 days, saying on email delivery on the 19th, still nothing, no update, nothing since the 18th when it left their depot! Requested email updates and so far it's going from unknown to unknown and no update!

Waited all day to receive my order
Waited all day to receive an email at 9pm saying there was a problem with my delivery and my order is being sent back to the sender. No phone call or explanation. No way to contact as it it telling me information is required where I have added information. Came to the reviews to see that this is obviously a common issue. The company I have ordered from didn’t use this company before and I have never had a problem until now. Not impressed at all. I will be letting the company I ordered from before that using ITD is bad for business! Not happy at all. I paid NDD for this as was needed as soon as possible

my experience with ITD Global…
I posted my experience with ITD Global a few days ago regarding unexpected and unacceptable voice-text being left on my landline answer service.
An ITD Global marketing member contacted me and offered to look into the voice-text, and particularly so as more voice-texts followed.
However, once I removed my review, the marketing member stopped contacting me.......now there's a surprise!
.....so I am a little annoyed with myself that I removed my review before it was resolved! Thats what trust does!
Despite being adamant that ITD Global do not contact the customer by voice-text, each voice-text clearly states it is from ITD Global and includes a tracking number.
As with other reviewers on this site, she also stated that they are not couriers/dont do delivery. BUT when you look online at their site, they do have a courier service and do carry out deliveries!
All I was trying to do was to get - at the very least - an apology, although an explanation would be most acceptable.
UPDATE: Laura, if you are going to respond then please be truthful in your response.
You responded initially and said you would try to find out where the voice-text are coming from. Then you stopped responding to my emails including the last one which I sent this morning.
Secondly, do not tell me which phone number to use with my account as it is my choice and both are acceptable, But more importantly, stop sending voice-texts! I have always been notified of delivery by email - why has it changed to voice-text?
Sadly, I believe your response has only harmed how this company is being viewed.
: Amazon only ever contact me by email. It is ITD Global that decided to send notifications by inappropriately worded voice-text.

Despite ITD being listed as a courier…
Despite ITD being listed as a courier on this site (see bread crumbs above), which appears to be their only comeback to reviews) they are the worst delivery company of all delivery companies in my experience.
I received 19, yes no less than 19 emails from them along with texts. The long and short is they informed me, in their words "Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery". No explanation of the problem. After speaking to the supplier, they had no idea and could see no issues with my address or anything else.
If you are a supplier looking for a delivery company, a poor choice could be your business downfall.

Worse company for Client Support
We are doing business with them from Last 4 years and trust me when it comes to customer service they are the worst courier company. Just to open an account with them they ask you to pay Bond. They took around £1000 from us as Bond that they say will refund if we will cancel contract. I have been chasing them but they ignore you like you are alien. I believe more options are available but this company is living in 1800.
