Know Your Rights & Cancel: Don’t Put Up With Poor Performance
Cannot quite fathom which organisation is culpable, certainly IDT / Interdelta / Hermes are evenly guilty by association.
Poor communication, that is to say it’s inaccurate and way-overdue updates on the rescheduled deliveries similarly so.
To sum up: two separate items on two separate occasions were not delivered in the identified 2 hour time slots, nor in the revised 24 hour windows. No attempts were made at all.
Want to find out what is happening - then you can telephone a premium rate customer service number.
Underperforming, underwhelming, just generally poor.
As for the poor vendors (the senders/users) I cancelled in both instances and left it to them to chase recompense. There is yet hope for the High Street yet if these companies continue to perform as they have for me.

No show, no contact
Didn't turn up on the promised day despite 4 emails telling me they would, and threatening £30 redelivery charge if I was out. Couldn't be bothered to let me know, though - either before or after. Rubbish service.
