Disgustic company, lost my parcel from aliexpress and no one contact with me. I write a lot of email, calling was in factory to take it from myself and still nothing, just say they didn't know where is your parcel, it's just mising. Layers.

Every time they can't deliver parcel just in time. The worst service I'd tried. Always need to call to support to get info about a parcel and remind to deliver it. To make this contact with the support you need to stay in the line and wait for 10-30 minutes.
I don't want to order from Best Secret…
I don't want to order from Best Secret again, because, in Latvia they ship by Itella, and there are ALWAYS problems with them. I ordered four times, and every time was a problem with parcel. Now they are sending it back, but the courier doesn't even call me... Worst experience, don't recommend. And the are not answering to phone or email.

Absolutely the worst post service ever. I don’t understand how any respected business could partner with itella. Every single time I get my parcels sent through this company, my stuff is late or better, tracking shows that delivery was attempted yet no one tried contacting me. Every single time. Several times per one parcel. You guys need to get your stuff together and stop wasting people’s time.
Their service is crap
Their service is crap. Never deliver to home even if you pick that option. And then leave your items in the storage location that is most inconvenient from the customer's point of view. Zero communication and explanation behind those actions. Innaccesible
Worst delivery company. 100% fail rate.
Had 2 deliveries with them, so far 100% fail rate.
1st shipment was delivered to the retrieval box, itella gave me wrong door code, was unable to take the delivery over the weekend.
2nd shipment got lost. In tracking info they noted that they attempted delivery, but noone was present, however, I was present at the time. They did not even leave any note saying that they got my shipment.

Awful delivery company. They did not answer of phone calls and emails!!! Don't use them!!!
Through the last 6 months
Through the last 6 months, the online webshop I've been using, have shipped through this company. 4 out of the 5 orders have had issues with delivery. 3 of them not arriving at the time or day when Itella has informed me by SMS that it'll arrive. Thus, I've been sitting home all day for no reason. My last order never arrived and several inquiries to them, they tell me "it's on the way". Finally three full weeks after their claimed arrival, and they refuse to answer my phone calls or email requests, I contaced the webshop, who informed me that the shipment was "damaged". I got a full refund from the webshop, and they informed me that they'll flag Itella in their system, as it is has been several complaints against Itella.
