My son had a high spec but under performing gaming PC which was over heating and cutting out. Paul gave us good advice, found different options and kept us up to date with progress despite a few unforeseen challenges! Using the key components Paul build a new computer with improved cooling and a bigger case and he is delighted with the result!

Brilliant service from Paul, in the repair of our overheating gaming PC! Instant replies and responses when messaging from outset, thorough explanation of problem once PC was assessed and options given. Paul replaced the components necessary, and did a few extra bits that he felt would help. Paul knows his stuff and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. A few weeks after we had the PC back I WhatsApp’d him a quick query and he immediately jumped on team viewer to sort something out for us remotely. Highly recommend!!!

Paul at iTFT computers was the best computer service and support I’ve ever used, very knowledgeable and very supportive when we couldn’t fix the problem, Paul continuously worked his socks off day and night to fix my problem and now my computer works perfectly, even installing some great features along the way to further upgrade and fix my issues and computer as a whole, will happily recommend Paul and will go back time and time again for any upgrades or issues, always happy to help anyone who needs it!

Paul was able to fix an issue with my computer and helped optimise various settings to ensure my computer was running in the most efficient state possible. Paul explained the issue clearly and advised on my options for upgrading.

Paul is really good. He fixed my original desktop at a very reasonable price. Since then he has cleaned and updated my desktop annually and fixed my daughters laptop. The work is always done quickly and I haven't had any problems that Paul couldn't fix. Highly recommend!!
