Purchased laptop via Amazon but had fault so returned. Return instructions clearly stated “ Affix the appropriate postage to your package. Please note that the return postage will be added to your refund if the return is a result of our error. See our Returns Policy for details.” but despite this they flat refused to refund return postage! I get that things go wrong but what I don’t agree with is that the customer is left out of pocket! Fortunately for me after raising a complaint with Amazon against this supplier Amazon paid me but it’s not Amazons fault and they didn’t need to pay IT Trade should have!

Ordered Apple Mac 27" from IT Trade Services. Didn't work. Contacted them and had an immediate response. Easy return and fast replacement. No hassle no problems, first class service.New unit works like a dream.Was concerned when first one didn't work, but I needn't have worried, as the firm dealt with it immediately, with no fuss, and I received a replacement very quickly. Makes a change these days to receive such good service.

THE iPad 2 is absolutely fantastic and there are no marks or damage and it works perfectly.

I bought an iMac 21.5in Quad Core i5 which is in extremely good condition. Apart from couple of scratches looks brand new. Works better than my new one- its a lot faster browsing and downloading. Also it was delivered in only two days so that was very helpful too as I needed two computers. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend IT Trade services.

My MacBook Pro 17" arrived extremely promptly with about 3-4 days. It is in very good condition, doesn't look its actual age at all. It works wonderfully!
