This is the worst purchase experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a iPad through ebay from them last November for a Christmas present. It has never worked from day one. It has been returned several times at my expense and returned to me in same condition.I attached sellotape on item to see if they were checking it and tape was still on when returned. Yes I am mad as hell and email from them this morning states please return item again. Please don't trust this company. I have all emails over 30 to back up my review.

I purchased my I mac from IT Trade Services and this arrived very quickly. Its was packaged brilliantly and came in what i thought was brand new condition. It came with a brand new magic mouse and keyboard. The I mac has been easy to set up and has worked brilliantly. When i have contacted IT trades services sales team they have got back to me straight away, brilliant customer services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished PC

This is the first time I have bought a refurbished computer and it is the first time I have bought a Macbook pro always had microsoft system so seemed strange to change but got so feed up with windows new system so slow so at these great prices I thougth lets give it a go and I am impressed at the moment and challenged. The Item came quicker that expected and very well packed the Macbook looked great, it is a gift for my wife as her laptop is on it way out.IT Trader give a great service. I have also purchased a 21.5 Apple iMac going into new territory so far very please, now I need to get my head around it all. Ordered a refurbed Mac air pro. Item arrived and looked brand new. Arrived within the timescale promised and very securely packaged. Would recommend.

Beware of using this company, i purchased two laptops, one arrived broken (wich they did replace) and the other over the past 10 months has broken and been sent back for repair at least 4 times. They are now refusing to refund/replace this item or pay for the postal cost of returning the item despite the fact that we have just paid out £40 for repair which they have not done as the laptop still does not work.

We bought a reconditioned IPad from this company. After nearly a year of hard work it developed a small problem. We returned it and it was fixed and returned almost by return post, no hanging about waiting for it. The people I dealt with were very helpful and understanding. I certainly recommend them both for the quality and the good value of their items and their excellent customer service.
