this company is rouge as i purchased refurbished iPad before Christmas and only worked twice before not switching back on, have returned item and still no joy not happy with service at all. They have had all my details etc to sort but nothing, they do not answer phone calls, my next move is trading standards.

Con artists!
Purchased an iPad mini from their eBay store in September for my daughter christmas
present.
As they are nosey as hell we hid the iPad until December when we decided to get it out and set it up.
The digitiser was damaged so the iPad was constantly pushing on the screen and doing real random things. We contacted them via eBay and they were helpful going through some help tips like factory reset etc which we done they gave us a free returns label to get the item back.
So far so good!
They recieve the item and say thanks for returning it out technicians have taken a look and it needs a new digitiser at £45.....
Hang on how can this be?
Ok a couple of months had passed but this clearly was not tested prior to refurbishing!
As this fault happened straight from the box.

I understand a couple of months have passed since purchase but I believe this is a fault we should not have to pay for.

After some talks we clearly were not getting anywhere they actually said to us that they are doing us a favour by providing a free returns label! Hang the heck on you what??
Did I read that right yup they have done us a favour by selling us a faulty iPad that they had no tested prior and they think getting the item back for free is a favour.

Tell you what a favour is and that’s shoving a new £5 digitiser in 20mins work if that!

Honestly for a small amount of money it’s not worth the hassle and my time and stress in writing these reviews and now having to pay to get it repaired.

P.s they did send it back to us for free via parcel force maybe like a £6.50 return to us so all in all the company had spent let’s say £13 to get the iPad back to them then back to use but couldn’t have the decency to fix the iPad they sold us...

Never mind I’m just the customer eBay obviously don’t want to know as it’s over the 30 day period.

After alot of messing around with trustpilot as they had appealed against my previous review i managed to obtain evidence that i had a genuine purchase from them.
Barein mind they trade under 3-4 other names on ebay these companies are:

Soo what happens here and why is this informaiton important well let me explain...

You purshase an item in my case from one click crazy deals i get an invoice from one click crazy deals i have an issue stated above and come to trustpilot to share my experiance, i put the above review on they appeal it saying i did not buy form them.
I get an email from trustpilot stating i have 3 days to provide evidence i purchased from IT trade UK (initially i cant as i purchased through their other company) see where im going with this.
After 3 days truspilot deletes my review.

However i found a hidden gem a copy of an invoice with their name on it :-) happy days so i am now hoping this review sticks as they are truly con artists at the best.
Maybe some people do have a good experience i mean they cant con everyone right as they wont be in business for long.

Excellent user friendly Website, showing multiple Offers, at excellent Prices, with comprehensive Product and Technical Info.
Purchased item and given Despatch Details with Tracking Info, arrived as stated, fully in protective packaging.
No quibble returns if not satisfied.
Would recommend to Family and Friends.
Total allround excellent Customer Service.
Even asked for a User Manual, which was sent online to me immediately.

Very good condition Mac Air ! Much better than expected for the price

Hi, have just bought a refurbished apple computer from It Trade. My husband and I are really happy with both the computer and service.

I am new to the Mac world as always use Windows but as my laptop was running slow and I was getting fed up I turned to the Mac and find it so much faster and better. However, I didn't want to buy one from new as they are over £1,000! So turned to this company to try one out for a quarter of the price. So far, I am chuffed to monkeys with the Mac and would definitely buy again from this company. Thanks guys

Bought IMac in Feb 2020. Came in good condition. Mouse and keyboard problems so couldn’t use until a
Month later. So exactly 12 months on it has stopped working which when having paid £300 is very very disappointing. To be met with a response of “out of warranty” is disappointing when I couldn’t even use it first month. Hoped for better. Can’t even get a trade in at apple as it is 2009 which I wasn’t told when purchasing. So am £300 out of pocket with a broken pc. Very expensive and unhappy experience.

I purchased an iMac from this company through wowcher. Not working. Faulty. Even opening the boxed product it wasnt even packed properly. No protector on the screen. Not slotted into the styrofoam.
Switched on. Not a single webpage worked. Error message after error message.
On the same day I asked for a refund. I got an email back for an order reference number but they havent got back to me after that. My calls are not being answered. My emails are going left unanswered. I will take legal action if they dont choose to respond soon. Very disappointed.

Secondly I purchased this 3 days ago and received it yesterday. It has not even been 1 week. This response clearly shows the lack of honesty from your company. I look forward to receiving my refund. I have received a response from Zainab just a few moments ago.

I purchased MacBook Air from IT Trade services and I must say that I am really pleased with the quality of the product and how it functions. it also comes with a years warranty and costs far less than a new Macbook.
