Poor customer service - first time I ordered a mac from them, it had and issue and they were reluctant to exchange it. Then it was exchanged only to develop another fault 5 months later. Paid for it to be repaid and on the day it was returned it was terribly packed with scratches and dents on the mac that weren't on it when I sent it for repairs. I immediately made the complaint on the same day it was returned and IT Trade Service said I should pay for the mac to be sent back to them for analysis (money I won't be getting back)
In conclusion, I will advice anyone buying from IT Trade Service not to hold their breath - expect the unexpected and your order may be a hit or a miss

Very happy with the refurbished iMac purchased.

The machine crashed after an hour - the screen went white and then black and this cycle kept repeating. I am asked for them to take it back under the Consumer Rights Act.

My wife bought two Apple Watches via a Wowcher deal last year, and put them away for our kids for Christmas.
Their delight was soon soured when we found neither worked.
After many emails they agreed to effect warranty repair, so I sent them off (at my cost)... a few days later they arrived back.
One did now work, but only had limited battery life (like an hour), the other was in the same condition I'd sent it in!
Since January we've traded numerous emails, but they refuse to accept any responsibility or offer a refund.
I am now in the process of submitting to the small claims court, as I don't believe they should get away with it.
Hopefully their shady business will come under some scrutiny, we'll get our money back (plus costs), and we'll never have to hear from them again.

I bought a Apple Imac from them and its been nothing but problems ever since. The first one they sent was broken, the screen was cracked and then the second one they sent had no operating system on it. Although they did eventually fix the problem it took nearly 6 weeks of chasing them to even get a reply more than "its with the technicians". Before I sent it back to them I spoke to apple who told me it was a 2008 model which they no longer support. Now this was not mentioned in the advert when I bought the computer, but they refuse to take any responsibility for this or even offer a partial refund due to it going past the initial 14 day period.
I believe this company to be con artists and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Unless you are after nothing but headaches, falsely advertised products and lack of customer care and communication, I would avoid them at all costs.

I ordered the imac 2 days ago and it came today, but the mouse isn't working so i can't connect anything or get anything up?

Absolutely awful!! Refurbished iMac delivered BROKEN!! Screen cracked and glass everywhere!! Not package correctly. Won’t respond to emails. Won’t answer the phone. I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend bought an IPad 5 months ago it arrived and didn’t work she sent it straight back and waited months for it to come back in the meantime they told her to buy a new battery which she paid £70 for it eventually came back last month not working so she has sent it back now they don’t respond to telephone calls or emails she simply wants a refund including the money she wasted on a battery

I had been looking at the website for these refurbished Apple Mac Products for sometime and concerned it was too good to be true.
I decided to take a chance and purchase one for my daughter.
Delivery was approximately 7 to 14 days. It arrived in 2.
Very well packaged and we could not believe how good it looks considering it is refurbished. My daughter loves it and it is excellent value for money and can not recommend this company enough.

I recently purchased an Apple MacBook Pro, item came as described and in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from them again. The whole process of buying and the item being shipped was fantastic.

I ordered my refurbished i-mac from Wowcher and was quite apprehensive. There was no need for this. My parcel arrived very quickly and was easy to set up. It is amazing.I cannot believe how fabulous it is.

I was a bit apprehensive ordering my Mac via Woucher but when it arrived,very quickly,I was very impressed and whilst I am still in the set up mode,I continue to be impressed.I would certainly recommend this company.

Problem with MacBook. Contacted company to advise it is not charging. They replied and asked for information which I have provided. I have emailed numerous times and no reply. Not good service at all.

This is the second iPad I've brought from them. The first one 11 months ago & recently received the second one (not used yet has been bought as a present) I checked it out everything seems ok. The quality of both items is excellent, if I need more my first choice would be them

appallaing, amateur, shoddy, cowboys, Chromebook bought for son for christmas has spent more time with royal mail than with us, dodgy mouse pad continues to have issues going back for 5th time tomorrow, keypad doesnt even have the right keys on it this time, well fed up. Stay away, rank amateurs. replaces review removed for being equally honest.

I bought a 5th generation iPad at the end of October as part of a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived in A1 condition and in full working Order. A few weeks ago it began to play up so I contacted IT Trade and told them of the problem they responded to all emails asked for the iPad back and today they are replacing the iPad and upgraded it for free. I can’t thank them enough and especially Zainab who I’d personally thank. Great interaction and result and one last thank you....M.cowen
