Although the iMac I received it was in good condition, I was sent the wrong iMac, password protected and it wasn't reset to original factory settings, it had data from a previous owner and/or user.

The whole process of returning and being refunded took about 3 weeks.
Thankfully I was protected by Amazon's policy.

This seller is both unethical and unprofessional and you will be asked to write good reviews to extend the item's warrantee.

I don't recommend.

I bought a renewed computer but it doesn't look an used computer at all! It seems to be a brand new machine! It works perfectly and arrived a few days prior the schedule.

The item arrived fast and well packaged. Great experience with the company, would use again.

Have been waiting 8 months for a refunds. Emailed countless times and have had to report now due to still no reply. The item was not as advertised and to top it off no refund after 8 months.

I needed a laptop for my studies, I wanted a Mac but being a student I couldn't afford a new one. I bought a MacBook Pro from IT Trade, but I didn't know what to expect. I am glad I did. I received the computer promptly, very well packed and protected. The Mac was in a very good condition and clean. It works well. I am very happy with my purchase.

I didn't even know if the company was still going but was pleased to find they were so knew I could checkout immediately with the reassurance that I would receive the product as listed. Great Service from this company, The iMac came within 3 days of ordering and well packaged. The Mac itself was in Factory condition, not a mark on it, I was expecting Catalina before it arrived but to my delight it had macOS Big Sur ready for download, I cannot praise IT TRADE high enough. Thank you Guys for this wonderful product.

Having shocking service from this company AVOID, the first iPhone 7 never worked properly then the battery completed died after 10 months, useless. Sent off under warranty and now 10 weeks later, the phone they returned useless and doesn’t work, arguing that not under warranty anymore even though not fixed my own phone, so clearly under warranty still and took out another 6 months anyway. I have returned broken phone, and nothing back, total conmen, sell dodgy phones that don’t work 😡😡😡😡😡
