The absolute worst customer service I…
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Total refusal to cooperate with me, offer any sort of help or any solution to the issue. They sent me a faulty product and an incorrect returns label - and are now keeping £400 of my money and refusing they are at any fault - despite it being their label. Due to the fact they've wasted so much of my time, I now have no other option to get my money back than taking further legal action - which I will be doing.
I cannot state how disgraceful this company is and I would recommend others avoid at all costs.

I was a little dubious about buying a refurbished MacBook but IT Trade Services have exceeded my expectations in every way. The MacBook looks brand new and works like a dream. I was also blown away by the speed of which they delivered my item. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered until the end of the week and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Thanks guys!

Not the computer as the picture. They won't give me a returns label, they never answer phone. I'm not paying postage when I have paid nearly £400 for it. I Will never use them again and I advise others to never use this place. Reported to advertising agency for misleading advert.

i ordered a Mac book air refurbished and it arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated which was great. The product was exactly as they stated it would be and looks brand new except for a tiny mark. it started up perfectly and works extremely well. My first ever mac and very pleased so far with the product. would definitely use this company again if i ever needed more kit.

Fast delivery, excellent refurbished laptop
Ordered a refurbished Macbook Air via Amazon for my daughter schoolwork: delivery arrived even earlier than expected, and the laptop appears to be in excellent condition, battery life included. A plus is that the OS installed is actually more recent than what was stated on the Amazon page, so I didn't have to go through the trouble of updating it myself. I could just hand off the laptop to my daughter and be done.
