Quite the disappointing service
Quite the disappointing service. Placed my order on 7 March, the website had payment issues. I was contacted by customer care to make payment via banking details on invoice that they would send via email. It’s the 26th of March and I am yet to receive the invoice. I keep following up and I get promised the invoice and still nothing up until today. Website says turnaround time is 7 - 10 working days. Lady from customer care says it’s a mistake on the website, it’s actually 14 working days. It’s been 16 days since placing my order and I have not received neither invoice to make payment nor merchandise. Exceptionally poor service.
