Buying online can always be tricky. Ivory Egg delivered my product the next day and at a very competitive price. Will use them again for my future computer and gadget purchases.

The online market place is crowded, so when I find a supplier which meets my expectations with regard to stock, delivery performance, and product quality I tend to stick with them for all but the most specialised purchases. Ivory Egg has met expectations across all three criteria each time I have used them. Fortunately, the one area I can't comment on is their after-sales service; I've never needed it!

Supplied graphics card would not work on my PC, but an email to IvoryEgg had them arranging a courier to pick up faulty item and because they were out of stock instantly refunded my money. Top company.

I ordered a OKI C330dn laser printer. Item arrived next day - in less than 24 hours. It was well packaged and up and running quickly.
Later, though, I realized that what had been delivered was a OKI 310dn printer: the same in all respects except that it had a smaller internal memory. I contacted the firm by phone and they offered and gave an immediate partial refund as at that stage I did not want to pack the printer up and return it. An unfortunate packing error which was quickly rectified.
