I would say great people!

The Epson scanner is absolutely superb, though IvoryEgg's service in delivering it was very poor. I phoned first to try and order it and ensure next day delivery as it was absolutely sooooo urgently required which I explained. I was advised to order online and delivery would be next day, which I immediately did. Next day came and went so I thought not to worry it will definately be here the next day, which also came and went. On the third day I called and it hadn't even been despatched. Excuses about the courier followed along with an e mail asking if I would be there to receive it (some sort of attempt to justify the delay perhaps) and it arrived at 5pm on the third day which cost me a very valuable two days lost time in scanning and delivering artwork. I complained about the poor service and was promised a refund of the £7 extra I'd paid for next day delivery on a ~ £2,000 scanner....!!!

Sometimes when you look to buy on line you wan to take a chance with a website you've never used before. IvoryEgg.com is one of those sites and I have no regrets in trying them. I bought a great item, at a good price and an excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Arrived on time in excellent condition, nothing was missing would use IvoryEgg again.

I needed to get a cage for my dog in a hurry, as she had to have an unforseen op, and I needed a safe place for her . Went on line and found this web site, I was really impressed with their fast service. The cage arrived 2 days later, it was all set up in time for when my dog came home to recover .

I placed an order with them, it arrived, unfortunately it was the wrong item. I contacted them to ask if i could send it back and get a refund OR a replacement. This was not a problem, they sent out the right item within days. I would deffinately deal with them again as their customer support and service is EXCELLENT!!

4 Pin to 8 Pin EPS power cable adapter for less than £5, other ebay sellers wanted £8 to over £12 for the same item. I haven't used the item yet but the quality seems spot on (it is only an adapter cable after all). For what the cable is and does £5 (actual price £4.82) is worth it, over £12 is a rip off.

Buy off this company with confidence, I had no problems.

I ordered a Docking Station via amazon.de for my Laptop in Germany. It did not work at all. None of the hotlines (Kensington/Whistler) could solve my problem. As it seemed, that the product was damaged in some way. Maybe the shipping agent dpd? So I sent the product back about three weeks ago. The refund did not arrive yet, due to amazon and international banking conditions.

IvoryEgg as a dealer did everything they could, but i am still unsatisfied with the whole situation. Thats´s mainly because i lost a lot of time and no one really seems to take the responsiblility, manufacturer or dealer or shipping agent or amazon or bank.

So please read my Three-Star-Vote as follows:
4 Stars to Whistler, 3 Stars to dpd, 3 Stars to amazon, 2 Stars to Kensington and no Stars to international banking policies.

Quick delivery

I bought a new graphics card from IvoryEgg for my Dell PC, however, it turned out that the card didn't fit into my system and I had to return it. I already opened the package and even tried to fit it in but the customer service was fast and gave me a return address along with a RMA number. Couple of days later, I got my money back. Excellent service!
