Friendly and helpful
My experience of IvoryEgg could have been a bad one due to a simple description error. However, IvoryEgg were super fast at getting back to me with my problem and gave me a few different options about what they could do in the way of compensation. I was very pleased that they were so helpful as this difused a potentially awkward situation. I would use this seller again.

Great service
I ordered a 1TB Western Digital hard drive from IvoryEgg a short while ago and found on installing it in my NAS and testing it that it was unfortunately not functioning correctly. I contacted IvoryEgg who arranged a replacement which arrived by next day post soon after I sent the malfunctioning disk back to them. The replacement is now in my NAS and works fine. I can only commend the whole service I got from IvoryEgg which was exemplary.
