Easy, efficient but deceptive service
Bought a TV - was delivered surprisingly prompty. However I was not impressed by the 'hidden' credit card charge that was applied and only made apparent once the transaction was confirmed.

Errors made but so far great Customer Service
We ordered a couple of cheap handsets for Christmas presents and one of them arrived almost immediately by courier. We wrote to customer services at IvoryEgg and got a prompt response despite the Christmas holidays. We should receive our handset within the next two days and they did apologise for the mistake.

I ordered via IvoryEgg. they have good communications via online chat where they were able to answer my queries, charges are clearly mentioned, no hidden surprises. Next day delivery was promised but it being Xmas time it was one day late which is understandable it being such a busy time. overall a brilliant service

Excellent trader who provides a 5 Star service to customers.
Although I ordered a Sweex 2 Port USB 2.0 PC Card very near to Christmas, it was delivered within a couple of days, which was very impressive. Furthermore, there were no carriage charges and the packaging was of a high standard. As for the product itself, I had absolutely no problem installing it and it has worked very efficiently ever since. I would recommend this trader very highly.
