The delivery passed the stated timeframe by a week. When I contacted them, they kept stalling me.

I ordered something on 1st Dec and it is now 16th Dec without any dispatch notification. They charged the credit card which normally indicates something has been dispatched. They are still selling the same item with 'In Stock' status.
Like others I have received generic template status updates but nothing indicating any sort of dispatch date.
This item was supposed to be a birthday present which is now long overdue.
Due to the completely unprofessional approach and lack of any useful information to these outstanding orders I highly recommend people shop somewhere else.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for an item which is still being sold (i.e. in stock) and advertised as a 2 day delivery. Contacted support for an update, got a generic email saying it was dispatched, and then the next day an email saying it has in fact not been dispatched at all. What a mess.

Still not received anything and can't seem to be able to contact anyone. Makes no sense to pay for delivery that doesn't show up

Ordered items 2nd dec...
Now 15th.
Emailed and got told items still in que to be sent....but noy clue to when would be sent.
But if late could send back...
Sorry but order cancelled.

Surprised to receive feedback request before any service has actually been rendered. Oder acknowledgement states payment not taken nor does a contract exist until order is processed. 48 hours in, payment has been taken and order still "...processing ...".
Not good really. Low confidence order will be processed in a reasonable timeline, so probably will cancel because of uncertainty.

Good price for the software that I was looking for and a quick delivery.

Never received my order, despite writing to them and following up. Still don’t know what’s going on. It’s over two weeks now.

Ordered a pair of Akedo shoes for a Christmas present for my sister on November 27. The product description said up to 10 days to customise the order and dispatch. 18 days later and 10 days before Christmas the tracking still says processing and has done so since I placed the order. Customer service is non existent and it will not allow me to cancel my order either. Terrible service.

Zero if I could, order something in November had too messages to say it's not been sent. Happy to take my money .....customer service is non existent just some generic email
Surprise surprise no one has bothered to contact me or reply to my various messages. Clearly they sold more volume than they can handle sort the reviews by recent it's a common problem.
No update still - I have started a charge back with my bank I urge everyone to do this.
Finally contacted me after I did a charge back then said they could investigate if I removed it and they would ask the bank to defend it.....the cheek of this company

Advertised a discount code on the website that did not work even though at time of checking, it was due to run to the following day. I contacted support chat and got an auto response, no actual assistance at time of writing this review which is 4 hours later. The next time I looked on the website (about an hour after sending the support chat request) the code had been removed. Additional item removed due to this and only bought the item I landed on the site for. Stars given for good price on the item I bought and ordering process being straightforward.

I ordered two t shirts on the 2nd December, with standard delivery stating between 2 and 5 days. I have since had no dispatch notice only a message to say they are aware it hasn't been dispatched with only the pathetic reasoning of 'we are expecting exceptionally high volume'. I completely understand high volume of orders, its Christmas, surely you do to so prepare for it and its only two t shirts, what takes, now over two weeks, to dispatch two t shirts. I have been advised on thr latest message all of the return information which I am hoping not too use as its a christmas present. Clearly this company need avoiding at a busy time of the year as they can't complete small orders!!

Terrible service. Order placed, over a week later, still not even dispatched. Half hearted customer service not giving any real solution. Wouldn't let me cancel despite order not dispatched. Would not recommend anyone uses this website.
Update: was told in response to this review, someone would be in contact. This has not happened. Do not trust this company!

I placed an order on 2/12/25, estimated delivery 3-5 days. Having used IWOOT in the past I wasn't worried about being let down.
On 8/12 I received an email telling me they're "aware the order hasn't been sent" no explanation, no indication of when it would be sent. I contacted Customer Service on 12/12 asking for any information on the whereabouts of my parcel only to receive the same Status Update on 15/12 that they are "aware" it hasn't been sent.
It's 10 days til Christmas, I'm waiting for 4 gifts that I have no idea whether they'll ever be dispatched or not and I receive marketing emails everyday from IWOOT with "we saw you looking"
Yeah, I'm looking for some bloody update on the items I've already purchased. I won't be using this company again.

If I could give Zero I would.
I placed an order on the 28th November and it’s still “processing”. I have sent 2 messages to try and find out when it will be dispatched but all I got back was an automated response. Unfortunately, it looks likely gifts won’t arrive in time for Christmas.
EDIT- I received an email on the 15th December telling me my items were waiting for the courier to collect. I was also told it was too late to cancel my order. Fast forward to today (22/12/25) and I still have no parcel and no one is replying to my messages again. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for items that supposedly take 3 days delivery and I’m still receiving generic emails from them saying guaranteed Christmas delivery! Absolute shambles

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered some items over 3 weeks ago and my items are still to be dispatched. I will not be receiving them before Christmas at this rate and I will be having to shop elsewhere. Shocking service

Ordered 27 Nov. Ref 724214076.
Not dispatched as of 14 Dec!!!! (2-3 day delivery stated).
No meaningful updates given only generic messages advising 'we will update you'.
Then when emailing asking for an update I was THREATENED on email telling me not to contact them again or my order will be placed at the bottom of the queue for dispatch. "avoid sending multiple messages, as this may reset your place in our support queue".
How dare the customer have the nerve to ask for an update twice in nearly three weeks when IWOOT are failing so miserably. It's a shame as the company used to be very good, looks like the Zavvi takeover has been the final nail in the coffin for the company.
I wished I'd checked the recent reviews before ordering. Looking at similar recent comments, looks like it's not an isolated incident. Just a thought..... maybe the IWOOT customer service representatives that are replying to all the negative TrustPilot reviews would be better placed picking orders and helping out in the dispatch hall, rather than fobbing customers off online.
In reality they probably know they'll be looking for work in the new year, so don't really care, as from what I can see IWOOT will be heading into administration in the not to distant future.
**Update 21/12**
So even after Kay has passed this onto 'relevant teams' I'm yet to hear anything after 7 days. No refund, no communications, no delivery. In Kays defence their cut and paste pathetic generic responses were better written than those receiving a response from Sam. At least get a response that reads grammatically correct before pasting it into replies. The level of care showed in their replies to customers typifies the customer service overall. Absolute dog poop. AVIOD THIS COMPANY!
**Update 30/12**
So after a 14 day wait after being passed to the 'relevant teams' This is the generic clap trap that is spouted - Well worth the wait, I'm sure every other dissatisfied customer receives the same!!!!!!:
"We’re currently experiencing a high volume of orders, which has slowed things down more than we’d like. I want to assure you that our team is working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible.
While I don’t have an exact date for when your order will be on its way, please know we’re prioritising it and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as it’s on the move."
So we are basically in the same position that we were in before. No one within IWOOT has any understanding of managing the customer expectation or their own stock management systems (after a whopping 33 days after ordering - no one knows what the hell is going on. And to add insult to injury I'm unable to cancel the order as I opted to buy one of their scam 'gifts' (which I must add from GRUM is a pile of crud anyway), Id suggest avoiding them also - Laughable, truly laughable.
**Update Feb 2026!!!!!**
After 62 days and 51 - Yes 51 messages (of which only ever four were ever answered - even though they say completed in the message service!) I've been advised the product is not in stock. Even though the product has always remained on the website and available in usually four days from ordering.
1 - It's shocking that a websites inventory isn't updated accurately.
2 - Appalling level of customer service - ignoring your customer (though I use the term lightly as I'll never be a customer of IWOOT again).
3 - Taking 62 days to confirm a product is out of stock - and still no indication when it may be available.
4 - Ignoring 47 emails from customer trying to obtain an update.
Hopefully anyone reading this will see, along with all the other dissatisfied complaints on here - IWOOT is BEST AVOIDED.
