If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Sham company. Item ordered in sufficient time for Christmas. It is still saying processing and has not even been despatched. Multiple contacts to customer service ignored together with an email being ignored. I am currently out of pocket with no product delivered. I now be considering taking further legal steps. Stay well away from this company the other reviews are clear how bad they are.

Wish I’d read reviews as bloody…

Wish I’d read reviews as bloody useless. All that people say is true. No response. Just updates what you see. Only let me part cancel order. Then sent other 3 items which came but still showing as awaiting dispatch!!! Going to take items back personally. Supposed to be part of the hut group. Don’t think so. Can’t get a response or use portal to return and saying can’t find order!!!

IWOOT are a total waste it time.

Ordered items on the 11th of December for 2-3 day delivery. Items never arrived until 8th of January and missed Christmas. No communication from iwoot, they will never respond to emails or their own contact us form. Still waiting for my refund as sent all back. Same day it was delivered.

Item ordered on the 01/01/2026. Item still not received on the 15/01/2026. The item has not been despatched.

I have tried to contact IWOOT for assistance multiple times and have been ignored. I have attempted to cancel the order and again, IWOOT refuse to reply to me.

An utter shambles

An utter shambles
I only wish I’d visited TrustPilot and read reviews before purchasing from these cowboys
Like many others, a delayed Christmas present arrives weeks too late and now I’m to be out of pocket for returning it!?!?

Multiple attempts to contact the business completely ignored, despite receiving immediate automated acknowledgments each time.

Giving them a week, and speaking to my card provider to help with a chargeback.

An embarrassment.

I placed an order with them on the 30th November. After contacting them numerous times over December and January I've heard nothing back apart from the automated email saying someone would be in touch within 24-48hrs. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now I'm stuck with no present or anyway to get my money back. Absolute appalling customer service and company

I placed an order at the end of November

I placed an order at the end of November. One item I received but the other was delayed. After checking the website, the item was no loner available due to it being out of stock. I emailed the company who guaranteed me the item would be dispatched at a later date. As it was a Christmas present, I emailed again a couple of days before Christmas and asked for the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. They emailed to say this would be processed and I would receive my refund. This was on the 22nd December. I have emailed twice since this time and have had no reply. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything from this company and won't use them again in the future.

Update - I received a reply on Thursday 15th saying - Thank you for leaving your review.

It is now Monday 19th January, I have yet to receive a reply from this company. How hard is it to refund someone for an item ordered 2 months ago and have still not received? Complete theft - I want my money back!!!

Yet again, I have been promised a refund and was informed the refund had been requested on the 29th January. Yet, here I am on the 9th February still waiting for the refund to be back in my account- daylight robbery!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Ordered 13/12/25 for delivery within 2-3 days. I contacted I want one of those on 19/12/25 to query if this would be delivered by Christmas. I received an automated reply telling me someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I received no reply at all. I chased again 08/01/26 and again received an automated reply telling me someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours, also receiving no reply at all. I have again contacted them today 13/01/26. There is no option on the website to cancel the order and request a refund.

What happened to you IWOOT?

Appauled. Ordered in time for christmas delivery because it said it would arrive before christmas. Didn't arrive. They only contacted me because I chased but just with a 'we know you haven't had it, we'll update you'. No further contact. No response to any of my further messages. IWOOT used to be a great company, but I'll never order from them again. Looks like they're doing this to everyone too and now just replying with automated messages to complaints here as well. Disgusting service.

UPDATE : And, what a shock, same old regurgitated automated response that they're sending out to everyone that means absolutely nothing, Pathetic.

If i could give 0 stars i would.

Ive used IWOOT a lot for Xmas and birthday presents in the past and never had any issues, not even items being out of stock etc.

However, this year has been astonishing. I placed my order 28th November, thinking it was plenty of time before Xmas. 4th December, still saying dispatching, so I messaged to get an update and was told they had a backlog and they would dispatch as soon as they could.

Fast forward to today, 13th Jaunary 2026, 7 messages ignored, multiple ways of contacting them completely pointless, Xmas and birthdays missed and me out of pocket, the items suddenly arrive and they expect me to pay to have them returned?! Ive already had yo pay to find replacements for these items as if Xmas isn't a difficult enough time financially for anyone!

As someone who works in Customer Service and has done her whole working life, I would NEVER treat any of my customers the way IWOOT and Zavvi have treated me.

I can't even put in a formal complaint because theres no phone number or email address and no one would read my messages anyway.

Disgusting.

UPDATE: 19th Jan, still nothing from the "relevant team" no idea how this company hasn't gone down the pan tbh

A once good company gone bad!

I placed an order on the 11th December for some presents for Christmas, fully expecting these to arrive well in time for the big day.

I then received an email on Dec 17 saying that they were working to get me my order and then on Christmas Eve I was told that they were sorry that it hadn't arrived yet.

I had no further notification until today (Jan 13th) when I had an email saying that they had finally dispatched my order and that it would be delivered on December 13th!! So I have no idea if this has been sent or not or indeed if I'm going to get it!!

I used to use IWOOT a lot, but since being acquired the company seems to have been ruined. Their customer communication is terrible, and they should have given me an opportunity to cancel given that most people would have been ordering for Christmas.

This is obviously their busiest time of year, so you would have expected them to have stocked up, so to not fulfil an order 2 weeks out from Christmas Day is pretty awful customer service.

I won't be using them again, which is a shame as once upon a time they were a decent company. Looking at the other recent reviews it looks like many other people have had similar experience.
