The delivery passed the stated timeframe by a week. When I contacted them, they kept stalling me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! It is a scam company that will take your cash no problem then not send goods, or massively delayed, in my case nothing, and then won’t reply to any messages. Shocking and disgraceful! Don’t go there!!!!! My reference number (730425933)is my order number so if you have any customer care whatsoever you can action a deletion of my order and a full refund!!!

I ordered a tote bag on 07/12/2025, it is now 12/01/2026, it has still not been dispatched. I have left 2 messages on their website cancelling the order and asking for a refund. Havent had any contact from customer services or received a refund. I will never buy from IWOOT again ... shocking company!!

I ordered an item on 22nd November but didn't received a dispatch confirmation for 12 days. In that time I ordered the same item from another company, Zavvi, essentially the same company, but at the time I was unaware of this. The first order from IWOOT was delivered a day later than the second order from Zavvi. I returned the original first item ordered to IWOOT on 9th December, it was delivered to them on 12th December. I have all the relevant tracking details. IWOOT say they haven't received the item. The tracking details state otherwise. One month on, I'm yet to receive a refund. I've contacted IWOOT several times but only received 1 response.

Absolutely shocking experience placed an order on the 16th of December still do not have the item. I have no way of contacting you other than email Facebook or Twitter and you are not responding with answers on either! This was a present for my son that he is still asking me for!
Please urgently get in touch and refund so we can order elsewhere!!

Still not had a response, ordered on 14th December with Xmas delivery expected, one order pending still and another saying despatched but the item hasn’t arrived, customer service is shocking, tried emails and Facebook direct messages, standard email back saying I’ll be contacted within 48 hours….still waiting, order from somewhere else as you will likely not receive your orders refund

Im now nearly 6 weeks after ordering. No dispatch. No response to any communication. Only reply has been on here saying I would have a message in my account. Guess what..... no message. What an absolute joke.

Ordered from IWOOT on 06/12/2025 and it was due for delivery two days later. However nothing was despatched and I kept receiving emails regarding my order stating there was no updates. I received a delivery on Christmas Eve - it was the wrong order with the incorrect tag on it. (The tag was for the tshirt I had ordered but it was attached to the wrong tshirt) I returned the order, paying for the return fee as I wasn’t receiving any replies from the customer service team. I tried contacting them on every platform available and still no reply to this date. No update/refund from the return.

Ordered an item 4th December with 2-3 day standard delivery. Despite many emails looking for an update and a few attempts to reach out on Facebook messenger, I have yet to receive a response from an actual human being, not some automated generic "we will get back to you in 24/48 hrs". I left a review (along with other disgruntled shoppers in the same boat)on the item on IWOOT's website as it was still available to order - now the item has been removed from the site along with those reviews. Yet my order is still processing.... Abysmal customer service, will never use again.

Kayleigh,
As your reply to my initial TrustPilot review remains the only communication I have received, I am addressing this message to you directly, Kayleigh. It has now been 35 days since I placed my order in November, and no items have arrived. Despite multiple emails, I have received no response, Kayleigh, from you or anyone else at your company.
On Wednesday, 14 January, I will begin a formal process through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Your involvement, Kayleigh, including your responses to other TrustPilot reviews, will form part of my case. I have documented each of these interactions.
Kayleigh, you already have my reference number and the ability to resolve this matter promptly. I strongly advise that you do so before the stated date and time.

Will never order again!
Though the item arrived eventually, the level of customer service is zero!
I ordered an item before the guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off time, and the item arrived 13 days after Christmas.
I messaged iwoot 6 times through their contact page...no response to any of them. I messaged on their Instagram page...no response.
I received an email on the 31st of December which said the item would be dispatched on the 21st of December....so apparently we're able to travel between present and past time!
The courier was great with communication once they had the item, and promptly delivered it, but I would give negative scores for iwoot if I could, as there is nothing about my experience with them that warrants even one star!
Absolutely useless company that are quick to respond to negative reviews from what I can see, but don't respond to anyone about items their customers have paid money for, and not received, in the time frame promised! They completely ruined my sons Christmas! Will never use this company again!

Awful customer service! Ordered 2 items 26/11/25, received one not the other. Tried contacting through website and instagram, only automated response, which was no help.
I just want a refund for the item not received which looks increasingly unlikely.
I would never order from this company again one star is far to much to give them.
This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with

Like many others ive had a shambolic experience with this company. Purchased Xmas jumper 2nd December (next day dispatch), received it 7th Jan. Chased and tried to cancel, no such luck. Apparently it couldn't be cancelled if it was too close to dispatch according to your message on 18th December...you dispatched it the 5th Jan. How is that too soon to cancel!? I'm guessing your customer care team is inundated but you need a better process to resolve issues and complaints as well.

It's ok if the items are in stock. Sadly I ordered something for my brother in laws birthday for 23rd on 14th Dec. Delivery showed delivery on 15th but then on 8th January I got an email saying they have canceled my order. So much for computers. Guess theirs are not up to date with what they have in stick :/. I shall not be using them again. Mist upset 😡

Ordered gifts 2nd Dec for Christmas 2025
Arrived 10th Jan 2026!
Wrote to them for an update twice and had an automated reply saying I’d be contacted in 24-48hrs
No reply
UTTER UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
DO NOT USE
After reading others experiences I fully expect a reply from Kayleigh who is probably a Bot saying either:
1. I can’t seem to locate your account
Or
2. I’m sorry I’ll let the Customer Care team know…
What is your job then Kayleigh?

Ordered on 27 December 2025 and the order is still processing nearly two weeks later.
While I appreciate there were bank holidays, there have been plenty of standard working days since then. I’ve contacted customer support (awaiting reply) but so far I have only received generic automated "sorry" replies since my order date with no estimated dispatch date or reason for the delay.
It’s not the delay itself that’s the issue — it’s the complete lack of useful communication. At this point I’m left unsure whether the items will ship at all leaving me in a predicament whether to order gifts elsewhere and cancel my IWOOT order or continue to wait for an unspecified amount of time.
All of the items I ordered also show as in stock on the website so it's even more confusing why they have been unable to progress any aspect of my order or other peoples orders looking at recent trustpilot reviews.
I wouldn’t order from IWOOT again unless delivery and communication improve significantly.

Ordered 3 items at the beginning of December, paid for standard 2-3 day delivery. First item arrived more than a week later, second item arrived 2 days before Christmas and im still waiting for thr last item to be dispatched. I asked about my order over a week ago and have received no information despite being told I'd get a response in 48 hours.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would! I placed an order before Christmas the delivery should have taken 3-5 working days and that never happened, when I asked about a dispatch date I just got an apology email in response but it was clearly a template email that was sent, there was no mention of a solution to this problem. I then sent another email from their site a week later asking where my order was and got exactly the same response email, no reassurance or dispatch date. I sent a 3rd email which was ignored so I had to send another, the last reply I got said we have replied to this please refer to our previous email, their previous email was their standard “sorry” template. It has been a month now and still no delivery

Bought a Xmas jumper at the start of December. Heard nothing for weeks leading up to Xmas. I reach out to cancel, but immediately get a shipping notification saying it was dispatched and will arrive on Xmas Eve...Royal Mail don't try to deliver, returned to sender and now iWoot won't reply to any contact. Facebook or on customer service via their website. Shocking.
More about the principle than the money at this point.

I ordered a mug on 15/12/2025, it is now 08/01/2026, it has still not been even dispatched. I have left multiple messages on their website cancelling the order and requesting a refund but have heard nothing back from customer services or has a refund. I will never buy from IWOOT again

Ordered on 13th December and order not fulfilled and several messages sent without response. Don’t trust this site. Seems to be run by criminals!
