None of my 4 items arrived,I emailed twice with no reply and then emailed the company and still no reply. Luckily PayPal reimbursed me...terrible service, wont ever buy from here again.

My son spent a long time choosing a Lord of the Rings map and a frame for it as a Christmas present for his dad, however it has still not been delivered and does not appear to have been dispatched. I managed to replace the frozen mug I had also ordered with another present for my daughter but it’s just very disappointing to still not have the items I have paid for. It’s such a shame as the items look lovely on their website and my son was so excited to give them to his family for Christmas. I’ve tried contacting the company but have only had generic responses to say it hasn’t been dispatched yet but nothing to say when it will be. I will not use this company again.

I ordered my item on 19 December and still hasn't received my purchased(3 January 2026). The site indicating that awaiting dispatched. No updates just acknowledgement that they haven't sent my parcel yet. Tried to contact customer service but no replies too. Very disappointed 👎👎
Update: I received my parcel on 8 January and I already changed my mind as it took so long to arrived. I want to return it but I couldn't process it using their website, maybe because they didn't update it as completed order. Tried to contact them but the same, no replies. This is stressing me out.

I placed an order on 7th December 2025, with an estimated delivery date of the 8th December (for a couple of Christmas presents). I have received no items yet (today is 3rd January 2026) and, despite sending numerous messages, have had no replies, updates, nor my order changed from 'Processing' status. IWOOT used to be amazing! And was absolutely the last company I would expect to behave so badly. Now though, I wouldn't shop with them again if they were the last shop on the planet! So so let down and disgusted! I absolutely cannot recommend!
Update: Wow! The below response from IWOOT of, yes, a single, solitary full stop, just sums up the entire experience really! Very helpful! NOT!

1 star is the lowest I could give - ordered one item off this website for Christmas on 9th December 2025, more than enough time for delivery. It is now the 1st of January 2026 and no response, apart from one we are processing your order sorry for delay. I have emailed to cancel order just recieve an automated message and want an refund . No response what so ever, so am not hopeful in thinking i shall get my money back. Appauling service ; when money is taken yet no stock of item after and no response / arrival of item or informed on any update.
Will not use again, I should not have to keep chasing.
Just give me a refund!!

I’ve used iwoot a few times in the past. They’re never particularly great, but this was the worst yet by far. I ordered 13 different items 09/12/25. A week later I got an email saying sorry for the delay which seemed to be down to one of those items having gone out of stock since my order. So I cancelled that item, but still nothing happened. Another week passes and I get another email telling me they were cancelling two more items as they had since also gone out of stock, but still none of my original order has been dispatched, It’s now 31/12 and what’s left of my order is still “processing”, apparently. I’ve just cancelled it, I wonder if they can get that right. I’m trying to spread the love further than Amazon, but this really doesn’t help. I won’t use them again.

Ordered two items 8th December. Plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. No communication from Iwoot to advise problem. Several mails to customer services only to receive standard “thank you for your mail” responses. It’s now 31st and still no response from a “real” person. Won’t be going back again. Very disappointed.

Ordered my gifts over a week before Christmas and was told they would arrive in time. It is now the 30th and I’ve still had no update of them even being dispatched and received no compensation. Terrible customer service and lies about being able to deliver

I placed an order on 14 December. The items were never dispatched, and I received no meaningful communication about delays. After waiting an unreasonable length of time, I exercised my right to cancel within the permitted cancellation period.
Despite this, the cancellation was not processed, the order status was left in limbo, and no refund was issued. Customer “support” consisted solely of automated acknowledgements with no action, no accountability, and no resolution.
This company:
Fails to communicate
Ignores valid cancellation requests
Withholds refunds for undelivered goods
Forces customers to escalate to banks to recover their money
I have now had to pursue a bank dispute/chargeback to recover funds that should have been refunded immediately.
This is not a one-off mistake — it is systemic poor service and a complete disregard for consumer rights. I will never order from IWOOT again and would strongly advise others to do the same unless you enjoy chasing your own money.

I made an order on 23 November and have not received any items. I have reached out and received no response. The items I purchased are still listed on the website, so this does not appear to be item-specific. I’m starting to question how legitimate the website is. I don’t want to call it a scam, but I do feel stuck and misled by the situation. Buyer beware.

Ordered a gift when it was free delivery and it took about a week to arrive, I was informed via email when it was out for delivery from both Royal Mail and IWOOT which was most helpful. Thanks!

Item was supposed to arrive December 24th after ordering on the 18th.
It’s now the 29th and it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Tried cancelling via website but it doesn’t allow me to.
It was taking a risk to be sent on the 24th but they did say that was the delivery date. However, I can’t accept that it hasn’t even been dispatched and the lack of communication plus the inability to cancel on their site makes it all look very scammy.

Trustpilot should allow an 0 so we, as consumers, can give an honest review. 1 implies that they did something right, which they didn’t. Ordered Christmas gift on 3rd December and still not arrived. I’ve now cancelled the order and now waiting to hear when I’ll get a refund!! My order number is 728147854.

Do not order from here. They upsell the great deals and the “guaranteed before Christmas” banners. I ordered on the 17th and the gifts never arrived.
I messaged them a few days before Xmas eve - no reply. Then I got an automated message that they still haven’t been shipped.
This really frustrates me, you should never sell goods and commit to delivery if you cannot fulfill the order, this is standard practice with the e-commerce space at the moment so you must have some mega issues.
Really poor… I can see it’s not just me who has had a bad experience.
Also your website is buggy as… get that sorted.

Ordered a novelty t-shirt as a Christmas present on 4 December. On 17 December received an email saying "Thank you for your recent order. We apologise that the below products from 728281062 have not yet been sent to you. We are following this up and will keep you updated on the status of your order." Having heard nothing more I followed up on 23 December and have heard nothing more. My order didn't arrive so I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no explanation or apology from the retailer. Will never shop here again and would advise everyone else to avoid. I'll also have to follow-up up with PayPal/Trading Standards to see if I can get my money back.
