Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter on 30th November, updated twice to say they’ll be in touch with a delivery date. This is the main and only gift my daughter has asked for. Now 22nd December and no delivery, no reply to emails and no contact number to speak to a human. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

I ordered gifts for my sons on the 16th Dec, based on IWOOT estimated delivery date of the 18th. Today, on the 22nd, I get an email to say my order has been dispatched, but the estimated delivery is still the 18th December. That would be impressive, seeing as the 18th is 4 days ago.

We're going away for Christmas today and won't be here to receive the gifts for my boys. Very disappointed.

UPDATE : Still no response from IWOOT! Contacting back tomorrow. Very negative customer service, not what expected from a company like this.
Placed an order on 3rd December, so far still no update on dispatch. Contacted them 3 times on my account and with social media but still no response.!! All I want is a response so I know if I need to buy another gift or this will arrive. But to be totally ignored isn’t good customer service.

Ordered Christmas gifts on December 9th, still not despatched on 22nd December. Messaged 3 times and only received an automated response saying my message had been received. Also this order and a previous one were supposed to have a free gift which have apparently been despatched, but not received and no response to queries.

Purchased items for a Christmas gift & it's lucky I bought them early as they arrived 1 week late. Apart from that, website is easy to use & had no other issues.

Do not buy anything from “I want one of those” or IWOOT

I ordered husbands Christmas present- delivery due 29th Nov

it hasn’t arrived as of the 20th December

I contacted them- first response 5th December was standard, automated & said they were working on it, told to check order status myself & given no details about where order is

2nd time- 10th December, same as above except I was also told to refrain from keeping contacting or id go to back of support queue!

Quote from an email to me after my 2nd message to them, and when the item is 11 days late-

“avoid sending multiple messages, as this may reset your place in our support queue”

Your support queue is the problem, not the customer, if a customer asking for support more than once sends them to the back.

3rd- I sent query 17th December- still no reply

I ordered early because I wanted to be sure my husband got his present after a terrible year. I know that isn’t the companies problem. But to order for delivery in November and 3 weeks later nothing? Very very disappointed

To not even get the respect of an actual human reply telling me where my item is has been extreamly frustrating

Being told to not contact them ‘repeatedly’ - plain rude

I placed an order on the 9th and received no updates or communication. I tried to cancel the order as it was no longer needed, but received no reply. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing.

I did receive my order, a home alone Lego set, but I have been trying to return it for about 3 weeks for a refund (doubled up present) and it won’t recognise my order to return it! Yet despite contacting them several times and in different ways I have had zero response back! Fuming!
1 star is too good for them at this point!!

Dispute recovering the below message. No one has bothered to contact me with an explanation or apology. Nearly a month on and no order. Even the weekly update message has stopped.

I urge you, save your money and sanity and buy elsewhere. Beware buyer they also have a shop on Amazon!!

Ordered a birthday present for my dad on 29 November. Weekly I get an apology update saying it’s not been dispatched and they’ll keep me up to date.

Don’t respond to numerous email have sent or social media and their chatbot is less than useless.

No idea if and when it’s coming but still being sold online and offered with a 2-3 day dispatch!!

Do not order from IWOOT. Used to be a good company but absolute shambles now.

Ordered on the 7th December. Delivery was meant to be 2-3 days and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting multiple different ways, no response whatsoever. I just want to cancel the order now but the automatic cancel order won’t work and I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel it.

I ordered items 7 days ago, for 2-3 day delivery. These haven't even been processed yet. Ive tried to contact customer service and messaged on facebook to find out what is happening as its unlikely they will be delivered before Christmas but I can not get any answers beyond we know its not been processed yet we are working on it.

I ordered a Christmas jumper on 4th December and was advised that delivery would be in 3 working days. The item hasn't arrived more than 2 weeks later and I have no more opportunities to wear it now.

Customer Service only sends a standard automated response, so the whole experience has been pretty hopeless

2nd review on this order. Same as everyone else last couple of weeks. 5 items ordered and paid for. No delivery information no response to several messages. Wanted for Xmas presents have no expectations of arriving for Xmas. Should have read reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Here we are on Christmas morning with 3 out of 5 of my order from 14 December still not even dispatched. Very disappointed and angry with IWOOT. Formal complaint on its way and review to be proud of. NOT

Wife is STILL waiting for Christmas present to be delivered weeks after ordering. Order status saying 'pending' and no replies to emails. Starting to wonder if they have gone bust as taken the money but simply impossible to get an update from them. DO NOT USE! They reply below this review saying the relevant department is looking into the issue but that's a load of rubbish as they don't even know my order number!!!

Awful service. I ordered two items over a week ago with 2-3 day delivery time and yet they are still showing processing.
I have sent messages on the website and on social media but had no reply and no update to delivery. I needed the items prior to Christmas so don't want them now but cannot cancel my order.
Awful service, I would not recommend.

Terrible experience. Bought items a week ago with the delivery date to be the next day. 1 week later it still just says processing on the order. Have raised a ticket issue, have contacted via messenger, have contacted via Instagram. Radio silence.
It also states that payment will be taken 48 days from dispatch. Funny, my payment was taken instantly and items still not even processed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a present for Christmas. I heard nothing back and it had not arrived within a week. I then had an email saying that there were supply problems and it could therefore not be supplied. I understand this but they said that I could have a 30% discount on anything else I wanted to buy. I found something else and used the discount code given when checking out but it did not work and was not recognised. If you want to send them an email, you have to register otherwise they will not respond which I duly did but as of yet have heard absolutely nothing back from them. I really would not recommend this company - appalling customer service who are very difficult to contact.

Ordered an item on 05 Dec 25 but nothing has been dispatched 14 days later. Contacted the company 4 times (twice via messenger, once on Instagram, and once via their contact us page) with no response.

I ordered from this website on Sunday which stated the item would be on a 48 tracked delivery and that it should be delivered within 1-2 days and the order still shows as ‘processing’. I’ve tried to contact the company with absolutely no response back & looking at other people’s reviews they’ve experienced the same! I can’t even cancel the items due to the ‘free’ things you get which are just codes to get money off websites so I don’t even have that option. Don’t waste your money ordering from this absolute SCAM company!!! Happy to take your money but not deliver your items!!!
