had an initial problem with Parcel force, but as soon as i contacted Jacinabox, they sorted it really quick for me and i had my package within 24 hours. and the toy is great. deffo use them again

The only slight disappointment:
I would have preferred the item in another colour, rather than the pink and pink was the only colour available. But given the fact it was ten pounds cheaper, I am certainly not complaining! VERY happy and would buy again.

It stated that if you pay £4.99 then the product would be delivered in 24 hours, the product was delivered 96 hours after the order was placed and missed the recipients birthday!
