I ordered this for my girlfriend as a small gift with some other things, it came exactly as described and actually arrived earlier than I expected which was great! It was slightly smaller than I anticipated but it was still exactly what I was looking for. Would 100% recommend

Great website, good product choice and speedy delivery.

The delivery was good, arrived on time, is exactly what ollie wanted for his birthday but another time I'd get it from amazon as its only £16.99 here instead of £25.99, I mean that's quite a difference in price.

They were 25% cheaper than the next best option and delivered just as fast as Amazon.

Love the tent (and so did the baby) and was impressed that it arrived exactly on time (ordered Tuesday arrived Friday morning just as I requested).
Only thing is I nearly didn't buy off the website as I had trouble with the basket - merely not very good user experience. Apart from that, the communication (I also spoke to someone on Facebook) was great. The guy taking care of the Facebook could answer things a bit more cheerfully though :)

I emailed ahead requesting certain colours of the product I wanted before ordering. This requested was no problem and my order arrived within days as expected, thank you

I found a toy that I wanted on ebay and followed the sellers information to Jacinabox's website, which had the product slightly cheaper overall. Some of the ebay prices for the same item were over double! I ordered online, which was an easy and a painless process. I'd opted for free second class delivery, so I was expecting to take a good few days, but it was dispatched the day after ordering and arrived a couple of days after. My daughter was thrilled to get a birthday present that we thought was out of stock everywhere and I got lots of top mummy points!

Found tent originally on e-bay then found full site on google, more discount given via site than e-bay so that was a great bonus. Recommended to family and friends as such a good site. A happy mummy

I ordered an 'Orchard Toys' game for a birthday on a thursday, i ordered on the monday night and it was here on the wednesday morning even though it was delivered by 2nd class. cheapest website I could find for the game, and it was free delivery which was an added bonus! will definitely be visiting again!

I bought a 9-inch teddy bear "bonnie" online for my sister's birthday. All I had to choose the doll was a very cute picture on the website. So, I posted the pic for her and told her that I bought it for her birthday, and she uploaded the photo on her Facebook to show all her friends. Then, few days later I received the teddy, and surprisingly it wasn't like the picture in many aspects (the color, the fur looks, pretty smaller ears, different type of nose)! I can say generally the same doll but not exactly like the photo at all! Anyway, I like it so I keep the doll, but I'm worried that my sister will be shocked and upset by getting a completely different teddy gift!

The delivery service was very good but disappointed to find product a day later for £12.99 in my local shop having paid £23.00 for item and delivery.
