I ordered a Men McLaren Brown Leather Racing Jacket from Jacketars. The jacket was perfect by size and was everything I expected!

So impressed by quality of hoodie, I went back and ordered a hoodie from them. Service was very helpful and delivery was on time.

I recently ordered a leather jacket from this store, and I'm really happy to this purchase. The quality is good it feels solid and good crafted minor issue with the color which is slightly lighter then expected, but it's still close enough and looks great.

I recently ordered a jacket and wanted to share my experience. I received the order one day later than expected, but overall I’m happy with the purchase. The quality of the jacket is really good, and it met my expectations.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! that's all I can say.

Product proved to be a knockoff. refund was promised but never issued. Stall tactics galore and no fulfillment.

Ordered hoodie on 30 Nov. Still not received. Excuses or no replies from email address. Scam. Avoid.

I ordered a starter jacket from them on November 30th. It arrived today January 22.
It also arrived in the wrong size. I ordered a woman's 4XL which is listed at 50 inches. What came in was a kid size jacket with a label that said 4XL. The jacket is literally 24 inches across. When I told them that I hadn't received my jacket. They told me that there was a problem. And I'm sorry and I will be mailed out in the next few days. So I let 2 weeks go by send them another email. And they told me the same thing again. This was all the way up until the week before christmas. And now that it's finally here, it's the wrong size.
The tag is right, but the size of the jacket dimension wise is wrong.

I would give zero is possible. Ordered a hoodie in November and here we are Jan 19 and still nothing. One excuse of it was on hold, then its on the way, then just a few more days then they stopped replying. $89 hoodie never received! Stay far away from these crooks!

Wish I could give it a 0 star rate! This webshop is the biggest scam I have seen!!!! Ordered the cody rhodes entrance jacket on the 6th of November and still nothing I don’t even get any response on my emails

You will not get what you ordered, plain and simple. You'll spend over $100 for a $20 waste of fabric.

I ordered back in early December . Waited a little over a week to ask when it would be shipped. They told me it got delayed "for some reason" and it should be released from QA and be on the way in a couple days.

So I waited... Heard nothing again so I messaged them and was told I would have a tracking order by the a close date around Christmas.

So I waited... And still received nothing.

They didn't inform me my order was shipped till a month after I ordered it.

Everytime after the first initial message I told I wanted a refund as it went from it not making it in time to they broke every promise they made to me about it being sent. They lost my address. Worse being that they would only offer a partial refund even though they're the ones who kept messing up.

They only offer the partial refund (They keep 20%) so they can keep some of your money and argue with the next person about a product that doesn't exist. When that doesn't work, they'll send you a cheap knock off that doesn't even look like what you ordered.

If you have already ordered from them, I'm sorry. Your best bet is to start an email chain with them ( you can't contact them any other way) and start talking with your card issuer.

If you haven't, don't buy from them. It is not worth the headache they will cause.

I was suppose to be getting a Victorian style jacket. My order calls it a Steampunk trench coat. I went to go look on their site and show what I ordered to what I got. It doesn't pull anything up under steampunk so I only have the picture of the "$129" coat they sent me.

This isn't what I ordered. This isn't even form fitting. Go buy from Wish or Temu, AliExpress, Shein. Least it's cheap if you're getting ripped off.

BE AWARE OF THE TOTAL SCAM!!! their products are not what you see in the picture. They took my money and sent me a really bad poorly made replica. The only good thing they have is their fake website. Don't tell me I didn't warn you!

Ordered a jacket for my son which should have been in plenty of time for Christmas. Experience much like the others, poorly worded emails saying about to be dispatched when I nudged. Then said I hadn’t given correct address, delaying. Said would take 20% off full refund as it had been made already? Decided to go through PayPal as a dispute. So glad I did-full refund from PayPal in 3 days. Excellent service from PayPal, but Jacketars is a dishonest and terrible company.

Ordered in November, still says awaiting dispatch, not replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!!

The absolute worse. Asked to return my item which was horrible quality and they offered partial refund instead. Have been waiting over a month and now they are ignoring my emails. Infuriating and deceptive - do not order from them!

Did not deliver. And will not refund even though they have not dispatched item. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before placing order. This company sends update emails on orders which makes you believe it is legit but then they do not dispatch the item. Website looks impressive and not like a scam but in emails the English and grammar are poor which is big red flag.

Do not buy there! This is a fake store!!!

Thank you for all the low score reviews .I was unsure about the company and had wanted to buy 2 items for my wife-im glad I came hear as too luckily did not buy anything but wanted to subscribe and used my email but could not get it to work. I noticed the 5stars all came in around march and April this year.i too have experienced this in the past so feel for those who got caught up in it.thank you again for warning. Ps. date of experience is approximate as have been unwell.

I ordered a Captain america Jacket for halloween, and paid for the expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive in time for halloween. I did not. the guarantee was 8-10 business days. It's been 16 days since I ordered, and 12 business days. So it should have been here. I wouldn't be so upset if I had done the free shipping, but if you are going to charge $40 bucks for expedited shipping you better followthrough. Also their customer service is a joke. I've tried to use the websites contact system, and I could never get it to work. Maybe I was wrong about this company and they are just a low life scamming website. Order at your own risk.

They scammed me, I chose a gray sweatshirt and they sent it to me white. They said I had to pay the return costs since it was my mistake. I sent proof that my order said gray and they sent me white. Then they stopped answering my emails.
