Paid weeks ago, contacted 4 separate times to each of their many email addresses with no reply!

Tried their phone number and it just cuts off after a recorded message about them being busy! (Busy ripping people off!)

After reading many reviews since, this seems like a trend with this website!

They have no tel number, they have had £300 for two months, 7 emails no reply just sent a letter recorded next step court

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a camera but have received nothing but excuses.They will not answer e-mails and I cant find a phone no.
I would not even give them 1star.CON MEN.

No goods and no refund and now they have stopped responding to emails.

No goods received, money taken after cancellation of order, I emailed every day for 13 days and not even the couertesy of ONE reply. Needless to say no refund received. £800.00 taken and am taking legal action. NEVER dealt with such a Company, don't even know if they exist to be honest. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

2 orders and no goods, no reply to emails.

After browsing various websites, I found JOAG as the cheapest internet retailer for Nikon D3100. they was selling the item at £399 with UK guarantee. while other websites selling it at around £440 or more. with £40 cashback from nikon, I was confident that I would save £80 on the camera.

So on the 27th Dec 2010 I placed an order, paid by paypal with the hope they would send the item in 2 weeks or so. 10th January 2011, there was no sign of delivery not even email about the delivery itself. I sent 2 emails, and open a dispute through paypal. Paypal immediately escalated the dispute but on the next day the seller (named Tim Monton) confirmed there would be another shipment coming on the 24th January 2011.

Foolishly, I agreed to wait for the item and closed the dispute on paypal, which I couldn't reopen. Now it's the 27th. Still no sign from them. Tried to contact them thru email but stilll no reply. No answer either from the telephone number they put on paypal contact. I am getting worried. It's been a month already.

I tried to contact paypal to reopen the dispute to get my money back, as well as to to contact my credit card company to reverse the transaction on paypal. And All I can do now is just a painful waiting to get responses from threeof them.

I guess there are lots of people who are on the situation like me, ordering various SLR cameras from JOAG but never got their order nor their money. Next time, I advise you to buy from trusted retailer such as Amazon. The points you should consider: they don't put contact number on their website and the email correspondences don't work either.

I ordered a camera beginning of december for Christmas, and have received nothing except excuses re stock problems. Now I am getting no response to my requests for my money to be refunded.

Warning - do not buy from this retailer. Like so many other people. I paid for an item and never received it. No refund and numerous emails have gone unanswered. They give online retailers a bad name!

The product selection and prices at jackofallgames are great. They are quick to dispatch orders and they arrive quickly. Even their free recorded delivery tends to arrive in a couple of days. That they accept PayPal and have video guides for installations is an added plus. It really is a pleasure to buy from jackofallgames

i have used this company many times everything turned up on time when it was ment to and i have had no faults on anything i have brought and now my xbox looks slick aint one like it on the market thanks joag

Great site, saved me money because instead of sending my PS3 to Sony and them charging over £100 I got a laser from them for £50 and fitted it myself.v Easy to do with a youtube video. Will use again in the future if any of my consoles die. Thanks

Everything was spot on. The VGA box was good price. The staff I emailed were helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and delivery was a couple of days. Recommend this company to all.

Ordered a repalcement Benq drive for my 360 as mine had stopped reading discs. Ordered on Friday and order was dispatced after weekend on monday. When I got it I dropped it straight in my console and it didn't work! I emailed them about the problem and they advised me to swap out the PCB from my original and put it on the new one. Suffice to say it fixed the problem and now my xbox reads everything again. Thanks for the great item and the advice. Will order from them again (if my xbox breaks that is!)

This is the first time I have dealt with this seller and must admit, was quite dubious after reading eBay feedback.

However, I am so glad that I decided to go ahead and purchase from this seller. The transaction went by without a hitch and my goods arrived so quickly (actually faster than the seller alowed in their advertisement!).
