I have purchased numerous xbox controller shells and they have been perfect. The only genuine Microsoft ones I have been able to obtain and at a great price. Delivered next day, super communication and I would highly recommend.

I ordered a Nikon D5000 which said it was in stock and would be delivered within 5 working days.

When the delivery day passed I contact JOAG to see where the order was and was. No response. I contacted them again 2 days later and was finally informed that the item was out of stock and could not be delivered for approx 2 weeks.

I agreed with JOAG to cancel the order and they agreed to refund the order in full immediately. All was good at this point.

A week later I contacted them again to see where the refund was. No response. I contacted them again 3 days later. No response. I contacted them a third time and promised that the refund would be processed that day. It didn't happen. I contacted them again 2 days later to be told the same story. Again it didn't happen!

Eventually I had to file a dispute with paypal and get my money back that way...

This is the third time I was placing order from the site when I thought of leaving my feedback here.

Both the times I received the articles, they were exactl like the ones I expected. The quality is good. The delivery is prompt.

However, last time one of the articles, XCM wireless controller shell was received damages (may be due to postal mishandling). When I wrote to them about the defect, they promptly replaced the article with a new one.

I am really happy with JOAG service and hope to order more things from them.

They were the cheapest I found (inc P&P) for the fan also I ordered late Thursday night and had it in my hand on Saturay morning. It does not get better than that! :)

This was shipped and arrived with me very quick the week before Christmas. Was in top condition and I managed to fix 2 controllers with all the parts. I'm a bad loser so controllers get broken sometimes, so it is nice to know I can repair them myself and I know I can buy parts from a reliable source.

Same story as other reviwers here, ordered latest Warcraft addon pack on pre order back in October, website shows as shipped, but no item has been forthcomming. Multiple updates on shipping requested via their website, but apart from the 'we will respond with 24 hours' auto reply, nothing.
Also, as the payment was made over 45 days ago, unable to pursue the case via PayPal....
Avoid, unless you want disapiontment too.

Item arrived really quickly and exactly as described!
