Was looking to order a repair part from jack of all games but needed some advice, I tried ringing the hotline number on the site and I left a message, nobody got back to me. I emailed them the next day and recieved a reply within a few hours, they apologised for the delay and helped me out with my queries. Ordered the item and got it after 3 days. Very happy.

For the people who are complaining about their lack of communication, my advice is email themm as that proved to be the best way.

Found this seller on Ebay for an item I needed for my Xbox. Was the cheapest by far and responded immediately to queries. The item was dispatched very quickly, arrived 2 days after purchasing!
Would not hesitate to recommend to others!

I dropped my iPhone and messed up the touch screen, Apple wanted over £130 to replace it, luckily I found Jack Of All Games! I contacted them and they advised me that the repair wasn't too difficult and they pointed me in the direction of a couple of youtube vids detailing the repair, so I decided to order one from them and do it myself. Alll in all I save a load of money and my iPhone looks, and works, like new!

Purchased over £100 worth of Xbox 360 repair parts (drives, fans, cases etc..), no problems with ordering, I emailed them asking for next-day delivery, but apparently they send all big orders via courier for next day del anyway. Overall they seem a good company to deal with. Thumbs-up!

got the above item and what a great lens it is! found jack of all games to be a good site to use. when i ordered the lens i got an email saying that the item had gone out of stock but was currently on order, i was told they could get the lens to me by tuesday the following week. no problems as i could wait till then. on tuesday the lens came and needless to say i am very happy with it.

ordered a Sony branded digital camera after thay came out the cheapest on google shopping. Easy to order, site is clean and tidy. All comms are through email but that didnt prove to be a problem as i was replied to within 24 hours they state, so all good there.

Just a note as other reviews have said about imports, the camera I recieved was a UK one complete with english manual and warranty sheet.

Found them through eBay where they were selling gaming products, prices were better than nearly all the competition, item was well packed and arrived within 4 days of ordering. Have since been to their site and have ordered directly from there for certain things they dont have on eBay. Apparently they sell on Amazon but I have yet to come across them on there. Keep up the good work guys!

I was pleased with the transaction, delivery was prompt and the price was very competitive. After i purcahsed the item I read some bad reviews but I found the process went very smoothly. Email responses were quick. would recommend.

Although it seems like this "company" works out ok for some people they are truly the worst I have used online. The order was not dispatched even after the release date and there was no sign of an update on it's status. When asking for a cancellation and refund it took several emails to get them to respond. After finally agreeing to issue a refund there is still no sign of one a month later and once again they will not respond. Save yourself the time and annoyance and just shop elsewhere.

Purchased the above DSLR from them a few weeks ago, no problems thus far. Camera appears to be UK/European and has a warranty card with it, further enquiries to Jack of All Games revealed 12 months warranty with the company themselves, but as I say no problems so far! Camera was easy to order and they have a great range of cameras and accessories on their site. Would use again in the future. A+

The game i purchased was on pre-order and it arrived on the day of release, excellent service.

Like the title says, their site is simple and easy to use when ordering items and the delivery, although not next day on most items, has been very quick in the past. Emails to them have been answered within 24 hours on all ocassions Recommended for all your gaming needs!

Emailed them after finding their site and reply was same-day giving all the details I needed. I was happy enough to order as they stated there was a 12 months warranty on their photography equipment. Item recieved in 3 days after ordering and everything seems fine with it, very high quality camera.

I ordered from them on a Wednesday afternoon with a delivery estimate of 3-5 working days and the lens arrived on Monday morning which was fantastic as I wanted to take it on a trip. I had reason to contact the company by email on two occasions and I received very prompt replies, the guy I spoke to (Tim) was veryhelpful in regards to my questions. Can honestly say this was a trouble-free transaction! RECOMMENDED!

Goods still not received, even though pre ordered on 5th September. I e-mailed the company, & i received no reply, i have phoned them & left messages, but nobody has returned my call. They have taken the money out of my account, but they have not delivered the goods. I would not even give this company 1 star.

After much consideration I decided to update my camera system and buy a Nikon D90 body. Contacting a major camera store I was surprised by their total lack of help or interest, go to another store if you want one was their response. I found Jack of all Games through Google Shopping and was amazed at their range and the prices of cameras (although, they seem to specialise in computer game stuff mainly, but they do have a wide range of camers and accessories). After emailing them I was told the camera would arrive within 3-5 days after ordering and sure enough 4 days later it arrived.

I preordered 3 Games from JOAG so i decided to wait until all 3 had arrived until I wrote a review.

Fallout New Vegas: Arrived day of release.
Fable 3: Was posted on day of release due to their supplier only delivering that day, but I still recieved it in good time.
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: Arrived day of release.

All of the games only cost £32 (with recorded first class postage)
So I saved £24 in total which is going to pay for some DLC!

I wouldn't advise this company if you simply HAVE to recieve the game on the day of release, you should probably fork out the extra £8 and buy from somewhere that has a preorder promise/guarantee. I have plenty of other things to do with my time than count the days until the next COD game comes out, so I wasn't too bothered if I recieved them a day or two late.

Also, this company DOES take the money for game preorders as soon as you preorder them. I didn't have a problem as I was happy to be saving a bit of cash, but if you have a problem with it then I suggest you look elsewhere.

All in all, I will come back to JOAG if there are anymore Xbox 360 games I want. They're a very good company as far as their game prices go, it's just a shame a few people have to make such a fuss about recieving Black Ops a few days late (see reviews below) - writing 1 star reviews just because they didn't recieve the latest life-wasting overhype-fest that is the COD series.
