I ordered numerous mods for my xbox, I bought a windtunnel, LED wires, fans, and a new case I kept coming back to JackOfAllGames, because I received all the stuff I ordered very fast exallant e bay seller

I pre-ordered Call of Duty Black Ops 6 weeks before it was due out, expecting it to be delivered the day after the launch date, as jackofallgames said it would be sent out 1st class. I did contact them and they said it would be 1-3 days delivery, it did arrive in good condition but it still took 4 days! It would have been easier to go to the shops and buy it

This site has very good prices for what i was after which was allot of stock for a small repair shop. I had made a couple of small orders which arrived incomplete and i had to start a pay pal claim to get my money back due to no one answering my emails.

I then made a very large order over £1,000 10 days went past and i had heard nothing from them they did not return any emails no one answered the phone it was all a bit dogy so again i have had to start a pay pal claim to get my money back.

My advice to any one buying from this site is to use pay pal so you are covered when it all goes wrong.

So over all very bad communication postage times bad and orders incomplete.

Will i buy again from there i doubt it.

Pre ordered 2 games. 1st hasn't arrived and Jackofallgames are sorting Royal Mail out for me. 2nd was Black ops, that arrived the day after release which is good but the post must be to blame again as 1st class recorded delivery really should arrive the day of release!! Just to say I believe Royal Mail are to blame not jackofallgames. 4/5 stars

AS they don't deliver your goods or answer the phone.I believe there a scam site.

The Biggest game of the year is upon us,i ordered this game well in advance from this company it is now 10/11/10 and still NO GAME had to go out and purchase from TESCO STORES with 2100 microsoft points value £30 alone plus game for £42 not a bad deal,i know that the pressure can be on companys to deliver but this is a real JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

The post man has been and still no game so disappointing ill never use jackofallgames again first class recorded Delivery it should have been here today Im sending it back and want a full refund ill get it in the shops (THANK YOU ???????

when you pre-order something you should get it before, not after everyone else!

With my purchase that i made was smooth and qucik. How ever people bang on about communication i had no problem at all. How ever i also recevied my item quick aswel. I recevied it with three days of ordering it. So thanks jackofallgames.co.uk, i will use you again in the future. Smiles all round people.

Never used this website before so I decided to try it after seeing good reviews, I instantly wished I hadn't. To start with this company takes the money for preorders from your bank immediately after you order rather than waiting for the release as is standard for this industry. Granted that is not the worst thing ever but unfortunately it doesn't end there, several days past the games release date there is no sign of the item being dispatched and the company has ignored two support requests from me.

I recommend going over to ShopTo.net who provide a near perfect service and staying away from this excuse for a company.

just received the core cooler ver 2 mod. It took minutes to fit and works brilliantly. Combined with the whisper fans it keeps the boiling old xbox cool where it needs it most. Others sell the old fans and say they fit latr consoles which they don't!
