The items were as ordered, well packed and arrived in good order and on time.

I have bought paints etc several times from Jacksons. Good website, easy to order from. Delivery was prompt, and the stay_wet palette was as described. However I ordered a 40cm one, which is ideal for home use, but the sponge folds up and the paint hits the lid if the palette is not kept flat. My fault, I'm going to order a smaller one for traveling

Been buying pre-made stretchers and materials for years and years. I ordered 3 large stretchers and they came within 3 days which is pretty incredible. By far the best service I’ve had and will stick with Jackson’s. I think the best art shop in the UK.

My order went missing, but thankfully Jacksons customer service sent me my order very quickly, with humble apologies Glad to award them five stars

Lovely pastel box, well- made. Makes me happy when I open it. I wish I’d bought one before now! The box arrived very carefully- packaged.

I’ve already filled it up with my 45 Unison soft pastels collected over a year-
and 50, (20- year old and still brilliantly bright, pure -hued ) Rembrandt soft pastels.

I cut up the foam containers I already had in the original cardboard boxes, to hold every three or four pastels and they just fit in under the plastic covers.

Could possibly ( being picky) do with some more gold ‘paper’ pins to keep the white plastic covers in place, for extra security, but overall very good value indeed.

If you are hesitating, buy one!

Easy to find the exact watercolour brushes I required. It was easy to order on line and the order arrived very quickly.

Ordered 6 tubes of System 3 paint - these were sent promptly and very well packaged so no chance of damage.

Whenever I need paint I try to use Jacksons art unless I just want one tube as I have always been satisfied. This last time I ordered I decided to try two of their own brushes and was surprised how well I got on with them so next time I order my paints I most certainly will order a couple more brushes.

I only which I lived closer to be able to visit, although I think my bank balance would say otherwise. Speedy delivery and absolutely the best prices and choice. Thanks Jackson’s for helping me fulfill my limited artistic potential.

Excellent service, as usual. Parcel arrived swiftly and was sensibly packaged in a size reflecting the contents (not in a huge box).

Well my order arrived the very next day by Royal Mail. Despite being a tower set i could get them all undone.
I realise when i get a less horrific fuel bill i could now do with a few more very pale colours that arent white. I think ive been rather heavy in my use if white …
