I keep moving around the world and while local art supply shops are the best thing ever, I order from Jackson's all the time. They stock everything I need (including things I can't find elsewhere), and they are super fast. Great customer service. I'm trying their own brand pastels and liking it. Will try some of their other own label products too.

Do not buy from this store if you are ordering from anywhere except UK. I placed a $400 CAD order based on their claim that duties/fees would be around 5% for Canadian customers. In reality, DHL charged me nearly 30% ($121 CAD). Jackson’s is not transparent about these costs and uses low estimates to encourage sales.
To make matters worse, their customer service is unreachable. I waited 1.5 hours on live chat with no response. When I finally called, the representative was uninformed and unhelpful, stating I’d be charged regardless of whether I accepted the package. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Very disappointing experience.

Speedy dispatch and well packaged. Quality own brand products. I use no-one else for my art supplies now.

I'm in the U.S., but I often buy from Jackson's. There are some reasons for this. First, the carry some brands of art supplies our stores don't carry here. Second, they have stellar customer service - knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Even if things go wrong, they make it right. Third, most of their products are listed with info on whether they're vegan or not. Fourth, their house brand of watercolors (available from the UK site only) are artist quality and a bargain. Plus I enjoy their blog.

Btw, TrustPilot asks for the date of our experience when writing a review, but I've had more than 12 experiences ordering from Jackson's starting in 2021. I listed a random purchase date from Jackson's where they ask for the date.

Best price. These supplies are for community workshops where the participants have all materials provided and are able to take a small amount of materials away. I needed to price the items as economically as I could get them.

Reasonable pricing and fast delivery.

The product choice was good but the website kept jumping around so I found it difficult to track different prices/ colours. It took me several hours to select five tubes of acrylic- Although it was useful to have saved basket this caused me to end up with two of the same colour. I need some more oil paints but not hot enough patience to return to the website for a while.

This was my first purchase from this company. They have such a great choice of artwork at good prices. I was looking for a particular Daniel Smith colour paint and struggling to find it. But you have a great range. Treated myself to some Unison soft pastels too.
Emails were sent so I knew where my package was and when it would arrive. Packaged very well too. Thank you for great service.

Delighted, after receiving my box of Caran d'Ache pencils, to discover that Jackson's also offer gift vouchers, the perfect gift for my cat carer. She goes to art classes, but has to travel to buy materials. The voucher arrived promptly, in a tasteful card. Very pleased.

Jackson’s is always the best….huge variety of art materials, good website and instant delivery. Never had any issues and I’ve used them for years from when they were a much smaller concern.
