The fridge arrived damaged. I requested it be collected immediately for return, this took a week of phone calls and emails, all myself chasing updates and progress to finally get it collected, I’m

While damage in transit can unfortunately happen, the delays in collection and the lack of clear progress updates afterwards fell below the standard we expect from ourselves.
This has since been reviewed internally so we can improve the process and avoid similar delays happening again in future.
Your refund was processed on 7th May and should appear back in your account shortly, allowing for normal banking processing times of up to 3–5 working days. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
