Poor service, poor delivery, poor product.
Purchased an electrics kit. Components missing. Cables packaged in cheap bags with writing scrawled so badly on them that you cannot determine intent. Zero information provided just a bunch of boxes and what is essentially a heap of cables.
Very little information provided on when items would arrive and I had to go direct to them to ask for an update.
Poor service, poor delivery, poor product.

Chose Jackson’s because of time…
Chose Jackson’s because of time constraints, website stated product was in stock with 2-3 day delivery, unfortunately that was not the case.
Customer service were helpful when contacted but product was still a good week late in delivery.
My biggest gripe is that the website claim of ex stock was deceiving - I may have chosen to source elsewhere as price was of least importance on this occasion.
