While damage in transit can unfortunately happen, the delays in collection and the lack of clear progress updates afterwards fell below the standard we expect from ourselves.
This has since been reviewed internally so we can improve the process and avoid similar delays happening again in future.
Your refund was processed on 7th May and should appear back in your account shortly, allowing for normal banking processing times of up to 3–5 working days. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Terrible service
I recently bought a Vango air awning from Jacksons, the awning pump failed on our first weekend away. The trip ruined due to a faulty pump. Trying to inflate an awning in the rain was memorable, for all the wrong reasons. We cancelled our stay and returned a day early. Not happy I complained to Jacksons expecting some form of recompense for a diastious weekend and a 7 hour round trip. The offered a replacement pump and an apology...Full Stop. Not good enough.
