Excellent customer service. Their response to a query/problem was fast (the same day) and efficient. The problem was resolved within a couple of days. The support JAC Vapour gives to their customers is always friendly and helpful. One of the best customer services I have encountered.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I made a purchase that unfortunately wouldn’t have been compatible with the RTA I’m using. Duncan from the Jac Vapour team spotted this, cancelled the order, and issued a full refund immediately — no hassle and no back-and-forth.
Genuinely top-tier service and a great example of a company putting the customer first. Highly recommend Jac Vapour based on this experience alone.

Had a royal mail issue and Duncan at JV was super helpful throughout even though it wasn't their fault, their customer service is fantastic.
The zero max range is great and has helped me stay off nic whilst still getting the throat hit when getting an occasional craving, the flavours are just as good if not better than the elf bars I was originally getting too.

JAC Vapour SERIES-B DNA 75 box mod.
The JAC Vapour SERIES-B DNA 75 has to be the best value mod available.
I had my first one in 2020 and since then it’s been my daily use mod that’s been out and about with me almost everywhere I go.
The PVD coating is brilliant and it still looks like new- it’s even been dropped on the pavement a couple of times and it’s unmarked.
It’s fitted with the industry standard Evolv DNA75 chip so it does everything you could possibly need and it’s nice and compact.
I managed to get one in the Sandstorm finish when it was still available and I’ve just had another black one, which I’m going to leave in the box as a spare.
I’ve had quite a few things from JAC Vapour and they have always been a great company to deal with, Duncan in customer service is very helpful and I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who wants any vape products.

I only write reviews when something is outstandingly good or outstandingly bad. This falls into the first category.
I love my new nicotine free puff box, it's so well designed and tastes perfect with that hit at the back of the throat. I went for the watermelon ice and it's just right, not that sickly sweet taste I get from most vaping liquids.
Ive already given up nicotine but felt sad at not having something to do with my hands so this will make the transition to no nicotine much easier. So happy.
Postage first class arrived two days after dispatch.
