Simple, quick and easy to order

In a previous review I criticised Jac Vapour for poor communication. I have now learned that they had some serious problems with their communication systems and that my review was unfair. I now return to my previous belief that that they are my favourite suppliers for ecig material and apologise if my review has put anyone off purchasing from them.

I get more impressed every time I talk to them! The S22 series is all I ever use.
My problem was that the battery was flashing red after I changed the coil.
Not only did they tell me what to do, they linked a youtube video showing me!

I’ve been using Jacvapour for years and they’ve always sold excellent products.
I’ve always been looked after well with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced online. Well done and thank you.

The s22 VAPE is my favourite every day vape, the Stars and Stripes is one of the best tobacco flavours I've found anywhere.
The customer service with a recent issue was excellent. They were quick to respond, and just as quick to resolve the problem.

I've been with JacVapour for around 10 years now and as you would imagine I have had some minor issues from time to time, (but not many in the grand scheme of things).

On every contact experience I have found the guys at Jac Vapour to be knowledgeable, understanding and sympathetic to genuine issues.

I ordered the new Puff Box Hybrid in Teal and some pods. Delivery was great however, on opening, I discovered I'd received a white puff box instead of the teal... not a biggie but I like bright things!
I sent an email and Duncan reached out to me on the same day and was amazing. He's kindly sent me out a FOC teal puff box with many apologies. You can't do better than that.
We all get things wrong sometimes but it's the way companies reach out and resolve the issue that makes the difference. I still definitely reorder with confidence from this company again.

Best customer service and technical support I’ve ever experienced!

Used their products for over 12 years now, and don't feel the need to look elsewhere. The customer service is superb too, staff are very easy to get hold of and accommodating.

One of the two vapes I received doesn't charge at all. I've already submitted a support ticket and sent two emails, but haven't had any response. It feels like customer service is just as understaffed as the shipping department—'next-day delivery' seems to mean three or four days, if you're lucky

All my vapes died on me in the US then I put in an order when I returned. I got them the next day after I spoke to an employee. This company is the best they go above and beyond. Fabulous
