Previously great customer service but more recently awful. I received a dodgy batch of the pic-nic flavours (the apple one had a bad taste of mint). I got asked too many questions and because I couldn’t remember which exact recipe I’d used I never got a refund or the items replaced. I’ve now found a cheaper supplier.

The past two times I've ordered these items at least 1 or 2 of the coils do not work, which is a shame as they work well when they do work.

Superb customer support. Duncan is a credit to JV! Not only was my issue taken seriously and resolved quickly, but it was done so with genuine enthusiasm. The S22 is a product I've used for years and won't use anything else now.

I am visiting Japan next week and knowing how the Japanese feel about vaping I wanted a vape that was less conspicuous than a normal vape. I took delivery of Clear Steam vape liquid and it's a huge disappointment. It is no different to any vape that I have used before despite being more expensive. Don't waste your money.

I recently had issues with coils in my S-22, and Duncan couldn't be more helpful. He sent me a replacement pack of coils which arrived very quickly. I have been a JAC Vapour customer for about 8 years and such great aftersales service goes a long way to ensure customer loyalty.

I recently had a safety issue with my DNA 75 Vape overheating due to a suspected fault with the battery. I contacted the Jac Vapour team for support. Despite the vape lapsing the warranty window they offered me a replacement after understanding the circumstances of what happened, it was delivered the very next day which was a Saturday, not only that but they bundled it with all the necessary accessories to get going straight away! The Vape, Battery, Tank, coils and even a bottle of their vape liquid....I was a little overwhelmed with such generosity. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and they are always a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond to help their customers. I must mention the Gentleman named Duncan who sorted all this out for me via email, he was very friendly and understanding of my needs and a real pleasure to communicate with, he is a real asset to your company.
