Worst 'company' I've ever used

Purchased 3 football shirts for my son. Buy 2 get 1 free. I wish I'd looked at the online reviews 1st. One shirt arrived 3 weeks later. I used Klarna to pay as it's a good middle man. Reached out to them after emailing Jalax twice. They issued a payback to Jalax who were then very quick to email me, not acknowledging the issue of no shirts, asking me to cancel the payback as it was inconvenient to them!!!!!
I've just emailed them again as they have refunded ½ a shirt. So I still need to pay the outstanding on what I never recieved.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam product never arrived…

The product eventually arrived after chasing. Paid extra for fast delivery which was a waste of money. The product was as described when it did arrive though.

the worst return process ever!!!

the worst return process ever a week in and still trying to sort this out. i have phoned and emailed explaining that I did not get a receipt or email for proof of purchase, they know i bought the dog coat yet still insist on me providing proof, this is after having to get approved for a return.
It is made as difficult as possible with the intention in my view to grind down the customer until they give up bought once from them never again.

ITEM left, NOT received. Company useless

Parcel left outside of front door near plant pots.

Garden looks straight out onto a very busy road in a seaside town.

Item not there when I arrived home, contacted them numerous times via email/ shop messages no response.

Finally when I got a response they more or less told me that I was lying that I contacted them straight away after delivery??? Even though I have dated timed email to proof when I contacted them.

I will never do business with this company AGAIN….
Out of pocket now and still have to purchase the same item from else where!

As long as business’s are ok and making money. Let’s not worry about their customers!!

Thanks so much for your help, we do not live in a perfect world and I did receive the wrong flavour, but the gent was so helpful and quick to correct it for me. Couldn't ask for better service. Would definitely recommend as they are actually a company you can talk too, have them now in my phone book for help with my orders when I need it. Thanks again Jalex

Paid extra for Delivery of some…

Paid extra for Delivery of some Capsules by Courier and they didn’t arrive, called and explained the urgency for them and said they would send new ones out and if the ones arrived with Courier to return (never did so assume he had forgot) they landed 2 working days later and were Out of Date when they arrived! No offer to refund extra P&P!

Ordered dog food online

Ordered dog food online, and was able to collect the same day after contacting sales dept. The main thing is though, my Jack Russell loves the food I purchased. Duck with sweet potato. He can be a fussy eater but he loves this.

Well what can i say apart from…

Well what can i say apart from perfection! If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Needed a product for one of my hens and was desperate for assistance, spoke to Jalex Pet Products and the guy went above and beyond to ensure i had the exact product i needed and my sweet hen is now bright as a button. Coupled with the massive range i dont think i will need shop anywhere else again. They simply cared

Wonderful service and great guy

Wonderful service and great guy on the end of the phone! Had a small delivery issue and the guy jumped on the case straight away and the dog food arrived next day. Have already ordered my next bag!
Good to speak to a human and not an automated bot

AWFUL. No product and no response. Ignores emails

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered on 29th April. After sending 3 emails to which NONE were replied to. My order was finally Shipped as I was doing a PayPal complaint. Says delivery takes 48 hrs and still waiting from when they said it was shipped. Today is day 17 and not one response or explanation. Shocking customer service
