Good review despite incorrect item
Whilst the product that was ordered was not what was sent, I feel I have to give a good review, as the customer service could not have been better, and it was not this company's fault that the incorrect product was despatched (their supplier gave them the wrong details). Upon discovering that it was the wrong item, I contacted Jacks Pet and Country and explained the issue. Samantha was extremely helpful in arranging the return of the item and the refund.

Hi, you would have received an email that stated the reason why you were refunded on the same day as you ordered.
In this case the item was out of stock online due to it being purchased in store.
You could have contacted us to clarify this reason before leaving a 1 star review.
Great customer service.
Had a problem with the order not arriving. Telephoned to discuss . Easy to contact and dealt with the problem right away new order arrived 2 days later . Items really good quality no issues at all .

Two orders - two refund
Ordered a pair of light up collars for my dogs from the website. Didn’t arrive so had to chase and issued refund. Ordered a second pair of collars which I was told were in stock. Then got a refund saying wholesaler couldn’t send. It appears what is showing on their website isn’t stock they have

Delivery hasn't arrived, which was 2 Christmas gifts. Tracking isn't valid and no response to emails.
I know it has been a busy time, but no reply in a week and still no order. Would not use again.
