Thank you for your review, we are not a rip off at all, you bought an item from Amazon and have left a review on trust pilot. The item you purchased was not over priced as there is postage and Amazon fees to take into consideration. We offered you the ability to return the item via the Amazon channels yet you have tried to disgrace our company on Trustpilot and threatened us with legal action for a £4.99 dog chew. I have looked at all of your other reviews you have left and the are all negative. So thank you for purchasing from us but the whole process has be nothing short of painful.
