Ordered the wrong amount of boxes
I initially thought that I had ordered 2 boxes of the Lily's Kitchen treats, but I found out it was only 1 box. I emailed Jacks Pet and Country in the first instance, then decided to ring to make sure that the email was read. I spoke to a delightful lady, who put me in the right direction for ordering another box which would be sent with the original order. Perfect.

Unfortunately, the strike of royal mail and their incompetence failed both me and jack's pet and country and I didn't receive what I've ordered. However, I received great service and quick response to my email as well as a refund for the lost goods so I'm pleased.

This isn’t a service we provide straight through our website. There are protocols we need to follow when drop shipping due to GDPR. Also the billing address didn’t match the credit card registered address.
