delivery being a joke!!!

Ordered my goods and arrived promptly but did say unto 3 day which took 2 days which was I impressive but no one was in at the time so the company fed ex put my package under the car in the drive. Do you think they were there........no! How can they do that??? I doubt they could fit the package under a lowered car either! However James and James contacted me Fri to apologise and will resend my items out today so hopefully s should get them tomorrow, fingers crossed and they would been told not to do that again!!!

Hi and thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry that FedEx left your parcel without a signature. They are under instruction to only do so at our request. The delivery times quoted are generally the longest you would have to wait and we do sometimes put more expensive orders on an upgraded service. Please let us know if you have any more problems.

Good shopping experience

Ordered from this company a few times with no problems. Fast recorded delivery, returns processed and refunds issued quickly. Good quality merchandise. Overall good shopping experience as it should be.

EXCELLENT!

Fast delivery, and I live in Sweden. I ordered 3 pairs of Dr Martens boots, but one pair in my size was out of stock, but I got them just a few days after the other shoes had arrived. Great prices, much cheaper than Dr Martens are in Sweden. The staff answered my e-mails very quickly and answered my questions. I am very pleased with my experience of JamesAndJames, and I will definitly order from them again!

Very Poor Service

Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered despite them claiming the item was in stock and them having my money the whole time. Each time I called I was told there was no reason my order shouldnt be delivered and each time the item never arrived and nobody contacted me to inform me. I was offered zero compensation but told I should be happy as the item had now gone up in price but I would get it for the price when I ordered! Poor

false advertising!

i ordered a pair of boots off them and they don't even have the right size in stock but they still advertise them why? and no they still ain't refunded me im fuming, you can't even phone them either i would never use this company again absolute disgrace

Amazing Service

I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses on the Sunday between a bank holiday weekend. Bank holiday monday received a conformation email of my order, Tuesday I received an email confirming the sunglasses had been dispatched and Wednesday, as promised they arrived via FedEx. I would not hesitate using jamesandjames again. Fantastic!

Good service with minor gripes

I ordered a pair of DMs on 4th December and received a confirmation email for my order which said I would shortly receive a follow up to confirm delivery. This email never arrived and when I chased it I found that phones were not answered and there was no auto-response to my email.

After reading some reviews on trustpilot I was concerned and sent another email to jamesandjames to chase my order. Within an hour I had a phone call confirming that my order would be sent that day. My order arrived today as promised.

Jamesandjames had the best prices I could find and this review would easily be 5 star if I had received accurate information about my order's progress.

Ordered my Oakleys over a weekend and they were delivered by Tuesday, really good service, e mails were sent keeping me up to date with despatch confirmation, tracking details.
Best choice of Oakleys products I have seen available anywhere.
Just ordered some new boots and am very pleased with them. Speedy delivery.

In our defence!

In response to the one star comments received:

Mr Jonsson: We apologise for the picking error, but the wrong colour was sent by mistake & we sold the last pair of the correct colour before the error was brought to our attention. As you are in Sweden, this makes the time delay greater & we apologise for this.

Mr Sousa: We do endeavour to keep all Oakley items in stock, however, Oakley UK sometimes cannot fulfil orders on more popular items as quickly as they would like to. In these cases we do try to keep customers up to date with delays with delivery dates. Sorry that you could not get through on the phone. We do have 4 lines & sometimes during busy periods these can all be in use.

Really bad

I ordered a pair of brown shoes, without asking me they send me black because the brown was out of stock. They were for my sons birthday, I had no chanse to fix it. Will never shop there again.

The worst ever.

I have order a sunglasses with then and it had never being delivered, they send a e-mail saying the colour I am after is out of stock and ask me to wait for one week after two weeks it has never get here, try to call then is impossible the is always busy! so the point is if it out the stock why they let you buy it then! Why they promises deliver if they can't make it.

EXCELLENT

You buy something and it doesn't fit? They'll send you the right one. Well, you have to pay to send it back to them but they will send it to free of charge! sell wide range of clothes (free delivery) and shoes (not free delivery) but the customer service is quick and very very good :) I'm a happy person and have brought several trainers from them though their choice is quite limited with brands but within the brands there are a lot of trainers
