Took my Casio g shook watch in for new…
Took my Casio g shook watch in for new batteries came back with hands working and keeping time but none of the side buttons working, not checked by shop.
Worn watch next day after washing hands watch filled with water, this is a waterproof watch.
watch then went in the bin last time i use this shop

I am very sorry to hear that the watch is not working correctly and has water ingress. We have been in Kenilworth for over 25 years and we take customer service very seriously. We are keen to help our customers to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately it may be the case that there is a further issue with the pushers that may not be related to the battery. We would recommend bringing the watch back in to us for our shop manager Liam to review and advise regarding this.
Please note that depending on the age of the watch, a water-resistant watch will eventually lose its original resistance, especially if it’s regularly used in water or has had previous battery changes. Casio watches can be sent for re-seal and pressure tested if the watch is to be used in water.
We would advise bringing it in to us for us to inspect accordingly and try our best to resolve this issue for you.
