Very happy - Problem rectified immediately
First time I’ve used Jameson Carter so always unsure ordering from somewhere new. My order came so quickly which really impressed me, however the wrong size was in the packaging. I contacted customer service and explained this was a Christmas present so really needed the replacement urgently and Chris replied really quickly advising what to do. I literally got the replacement the next day so I am so pleased thank you.

Great service
Ordered the coat on the Saturday and it came on the tuesday.
The size ran large so i sent it back for an exchange . All in all it took 10 days to get the right size . I think this is great service esp for the busy time of year. Easy to use website and very pleased with service and quality.

I placed an order on 7 Dec, paid for delivery, have emailed them to find out where my delivery is twice it says the email is wrong, its the email address that you have that I pressed on to send. I am not happy with your delivery and not contact from you to update me of what's happening with it, I have received orders from other places that I placed after this one, will think twice before ordering from here again, unless they contact me very soon.

Extremely helpful customer service
I have ordered a too big size and I was in a rush to exchange the jacket cause I had a ski trip a few days later. The returns and exchange can take up to 14 working days due to peak season but Chris from customer service got back to me really quickly and sort out the next day delivery for my new smaller jacket!

Ordered the long womens coat and it came in 2 days really happy with the delivery the coat itself is lovely, very good quality and warm. Not a fan of the hood design though but overall happy with my purchase.

Have used you a long time and always found their products to be excellent quality however this time i ordered a coat pair for next day delivery now been 8 days, they are blaming Hermes but no one can even tell me where coat is, Hermes haven’t even tried to deliver now they are saying they have claimed it back and should be with them in 48 hours what will they do then send it back out with Hermes to repeat the whole process, while i still have no coat or explanation not good enough
