The team moved our things for a 3 bed from London to Brighton in 1 day (we had pre-packed).

It was done professionally and not a thing got damaged or lost etc.

The house was packed up quickly and unpacked fast too and everything to the correct room etc.

As a customer, it may feel like a lot of money to get your stuff moved when you get the different quotes in (to which ours was comparable to any reputable company) but when you see what goes in to it after the day you’ll feel like it’s good value (at least we did).

The team were also a lovely group.

The service we received was absolutely first class. We were moving from London to Kent after 28 years from a 3 bedroom property to 2 bedroom.
From booking the move with Michael which was very easy, to the 4 guys who moved us Steve,Craig,Frank and Tony all were totally professional. They even made us laugh on what was a stressful day.
I would not hesitate to recommend James Removals to anyone looking to move.

Used James Removals for packing and house move out of London. Booked in survey and quote in 1 working day, very competitive price. Packing and diassemby of units was amazing and incredibly efficient. The team were all extremely polite, hard working and careful with our belongings. The move itself went without a hitch and unloading was quick. Particular thanks to Matt Wayne and Paul. Wow! The customer service was absolutely incredible, from beginning to end, liaising with the office, and the lead up to removal day. On the actual day of removal, we were given a wonderful team of three. The removal process was swift and hassle free. We were dreading moving day as everyone says it is so stressful. Well, all I can say is we had absolutely no stress and the guys went beyond the call of duty in getting our large sofa in. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would and will not hesitate to recommend James Removals to friends and family, and in fact to anyone who wants a trustworthy and reliable, stress and hassle free removal company. James removal company moved two pianos involving three different addresses. The removal men were extremely good and polite and very respectful when moving the piano.

Really professional service all the way through, from initial calls and emails to coming back to collect the boxes. On the day, the team were friendly, helpful and despite it being the hottest day of the year, remained on track and completed the job very efficiently. The James removals service was fantastic from start to finish. We moved from our home of 35 years to a much smaller house and put a large amount into storage. The team were friendly helpful and reassuring and could not do enough to help. Everything was packed very carefully. Finally a large number of garden plants and furniture was squeezed into the van and then delivered into an overgrown garden full of brambles- the team still handled the whole process calmly and with a smile.

From start to finish an excellent job. It was a very stressful move, leaving a house we'd lived in for 30 years and a ton of 'stuff'. Matt and his team were professional and friendly and handled our anxieties completely. They managed to go above and beyond in getting 'big' pieces into a much smaller house and always maintained a positive spirit. They made one of life's hardest events manageable. Would definitely recommend.

James Removals were recommended to us by a neighbour who told us how straight forward their move using them had been and how we must use James Removals packing service, how right our neighbours were! The whole process from coming around to provide a quote to putting the furniture back together and boxes in the right rooms at our new house was excellent. The team were friendly, experienced and did everything with care.

The price given for the long distance move was reasonable for the 3 day Job. Our allocated men, Gary and Paul were friendly, polite, patient and careful with our belongings. Paul, Richard, Glenn and Elmas from James Removals did an absolutely amazing job when moving us. The job had become much harder due to a broken lift. The guys worked very hard and did not complain at all. Everything was moved efficiently and without any damage. I can not recommend James removals enough! We have used them twice now and will definitely use in future.

I have used James Removals a few times now. Friendly, professional staff. It is just a brilliant overall service , combining pick up , storage and move out to a new address.

This company was recommended by 2 people at my hairdressers. Both had used the company twice and I can see why. They are super professional in arranging the move with a great range of services and competitive pricing. On the day the removal men; Wayne, Paul, Frank and Connor were a delight to work with - warm and reassuring, taking great care of items and checking where we wanted things put. They were really patient and flexible and worked so hard. They made what is a stressful experience a lot more pleasant. I recommend them 100%.

We were feeling very anxious about coping with our move from Lewisham to the North West of England, but, from the moment that the guys from James Removals arrived on Friday 14 March 2025, the pressure on us was lifted! They were simply terrific and provided great service through to the completion of the move on Monday 17 March 2025. We cannot praise them enough!

I had a big pile of domestic rubbish which needed removing quickly (the neighbours were unhappy!). James was able to come the very next day He was friendly, polite and fast. His prices were very reasonable, too. All in all a 5* job.

At short notice due to a problematic exchange, James removals took on the job and brought calm and efficiency to the job. The men were careful kind and respectful at all times and the energy and strength they kept up over four days was remarkable. It was a tricky job nothing was easy and they finally left us in a peaceful new home with our belongings intact! Little touches like recyclable boxes and packaging were really appreciated as was the team’s indefatigable good nature. Moving from BR1 to Farnham - 14 February 2025

The 2 guys on the first day (Tony & Richard) were extremely helpful and worked very hard all day. On 2nd day, our completion day we had 5 guys including the two above and once again they all pulled out all the stops to get the job done properly and in a timely manner. We also would like to thank James Removals for picking up the empty boxes just a week later and Pam for reimbursing our deposit on same.
We would recommend you to anyone, thanks again.
